Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Earlier last week I was pretty "willy-nilly" about my remaining Lambsfoot collection.

I first said I was going from this

I then changed my mind and said I was going to stay with these

Now I've decided to just keep them all as seen below

I thought sure that someone would pipe up and ask what I was going to do with the culls but nary a peep from anyone so, I'll just thin them out another time.

Greetings, Guardians! Just catching up the thread after a business trip to Denver, Colorado (sans lambsfoot, I’m afraid).

Jack, I’m sorry that you missed the Lancaster Bomber fly over. Those WWII aircraft were such magnificent machines! A few years ago I attended the Reno air races and it was such a treat to see P51s racing. I also had the opportunity to climb on board a B17 and have a look around. Amazing!

Wishing those in the US a safe and happy 4th of July tomorrow! I’ll be up early to light the smoker for a batch of spare ribs. I’ll have my lambsfoot with me and will take some pictures.

We dream that Case’ll make one during our lives

So raise a glass of Stingo from Sam Smith
Celebrate! Lambsfoots are real, not a myth!

To all our American friends all the best for your Independence Day, i just noticed the clock has officially ticked over in most states. Whatever you have planned hope you all have a good and safe Day, and enjoy all that food. Thought it appropriate to post the first official American made lamb. With a new strop i have just finished making. 🤝 .

Very nice bit of pastry and a very fine knife as well.

Been raining here but it has let up this morning. Hot and muggy outside - like being parboiled. Oh well, that's life in NC. I'll be carrying my HHB today but I'll be giving it a touch of oil first. Happy 4th of Jully!
