Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Been doing some experimenting over the last few weeks. I have a drawer full of leather treatment products that i have acquired over the years, one of them is my go too, but for some finer leather is not quite suitable. I wanted something that combined the ingredients of all the good leather conditioners, and i may have come up with one. I am packing a lot of stuff into boxes at the moment and a lot of it will be in storage for at least 2 years. So i have applied this to all my leather products that will be packed away, and i have no doubt would be good for wooden knife scales, though would darken them some what i expect.

Looks great John.
Thank you, my friend. :)
Sleeping porches used to be a common thing in the days before air conditioning. Also, houses were built differently, with airflow in mind. I remember an old house we lived in for a few years with double hung windows and an attic fan. By opening or closing various doors and windows, you could control the airflow to either vent warmer air out or cooler air in. I found that if I closed certain doors, I could make my brother's door slam shut. 😆 He'd retaliate, and we'd go back and forth until Dad hollered at us to quit it and go to sleep.
That's a great story, Rachel. 🤠
We reminisce all the time about how we'd drive cars with no air conditioning in 100+ degree weather. But now that we have air conditioning, I wouldn't go back ever.
Looks like a tasty treat. 🤠
I hope you had fun at The Market today.

Hey, I won't chuckle at 104. That's hot anywhere, and you folks probably don't have air conditioning and ceiling fans like most places down here.
No, we're not really geared up for hot weather here Rachel 😯 Not that we ever seem to be prepared for cold or rainy weather either! 🤔😁👍

Anyway, here's a chilly winter Lambsfoot picture:

I found that absolutely fascinating 😎 Great pic too 🙂👍
Thank you.
My favorite photo I took during the "snowpocolypse" was when it started to thaw, the agave leaves peeled back, leaving ice castings in their place:

That's right John, easy to forget how relatively recent AC in cars is 👍 Thanks buddy, been a good day, I had 6 or 7 hours there 🙂👍
Great pic Todd 😎👍
Good Morning Guardians

Fantastic Harvey, a work of art! 😁😎🙂👍
Who needs air conditioning when you could have that little triangular window, or the knob you pull that lets air in down by your feet? 😉
LOL! They used to call those little windows 'quarterlights' here! 😁 I think they were the main way car thieves broke into cars! 😯👍

Looking good 🙂👍

Hi Guardians, I hope everyone is having a good day. I had a long day chin-wagging at the market, but got home to internet problems, for some reason. I'm currently using my phone, but it takes me a long time to post, and the phone is barely connecting too! 🙄 Hoping it'll settle down later 👍

Thank you for the kind words, Jack.
Doughnuts and coffee for breakfast, chip butty for lunch! :D
Breakfast and lunch of champions.
I always enjoy pictures of that one, Harvey... such a cool Lambsfoot. 🤠
Thank you John.
Good Morning Guardians
Getting a late start today, had to take my wife to the airport this morning, and then went back to bed.
She is flying out to Denver to watch my son and the Mandarins compete... Hope they both have a great time.
