Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thank you, Jack. :)

I'm terribly sorry to hear your back is worse now. :(

When it rains, it pours... Hopefully things will improve for you.

The textures in that picture are mesmerizing. ๐Ÿค
Thank you very much my friend, my internet connection is limping along along even worse than I am! ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘
Good Morning Guardians
My wife had a hen party at the house yesterday, so I decided to head to the river for a little fishing in the evening. I have a little river that's just 20 minutes up the hill from me, I call it my "Home Hole". Normally the fishing is pretty bad, the place has gotten hit hard by COVID crowds, all trying to escape to the mountains. But they closed the campground for the whole year and the crowds have since left, which has improved the fishing. So Hooray, I actually caught a handful of nice little Trout yesterday before the mosquitoes drove me back to the Jeep. It was a lovely evening on the river, so peaceful and quiet in the mountains.

Sounds like the best kind of evening John!

Unfortunately, rather than free up my back, all my gadding about yesterday, irritated my sciatic nerve, and now I have full-on sciatica โ˜น๏ธ It was so bad last night, that I took some painkillers, and went to bed at 9.30pm, but it was even worse in the night, and no better today I'm afraid. Sitting at my desk really irritates it, so I'll be posting on my phone, and posting less pics I'm afraid ๐Ÿ™„

I hope everyone is doing well, and that you have a good day. I'm sticking with my Hartshead Barlow ๐Ÿ‘
Sorry to hear this, Jack. Lots of irritation and inflamation. Hope rest and pain killers will do the trick. Internet woes isnโ€™t helping. Best wishes for your healing.

Nirvana! Great images, John.

Good Morning Guardians

I'm afraid that I'm really struggling with my internet connection still, with my connection to BF dropping off far more often than not. I'm not sure what is causing it, but unless it's resolved soon, I'm not going to be able to post pics of the giveaway draw in the way that I usually do โ˜น๏ธ I'm still going to draw it, as per usual, in the form of multiple bits of paper in my tweed cap, but it'll be duller than usual I'm afraid. I've written out slips for everyone who entered, and where they've received additional nominations, they have more than one chance of winning. I'll leave it another couple of hours, and hope my connection issues resolve themselves before I draw it. Sorry about this. Good luck to everyone, and thanks once again for entering my Yorkshire Day Chip Butty Challenge ๐Ÿ‘

Thank you very much Harvey :) That's a great image there with your Lambsfoot, and an excellent composition overall ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘

Afternoon, Guardians. Still catching up, but looks like it was a great weekend amonst the Guardianship. Some excellent examples of the Chip Buddy. Glad itโ€™s lunchtime here ๐Ÿคฃ:) Returned from our โ€œcampingโ€ trip last eve. Camping used loosely, but we had a great time lakeside at a little gem of a park in our State Park system. Got all the kit cleaned and put away. Was a great get away with the Mrs. to reconnect and celebrate our 11th year together. Iโ€™ll post up some images soon. Cheers,

Right folks, I have done the draw! Apologies, once again, for not being able to accompany it with the usual bells, whistles, and drum-rolls, but the winner of the 2022 Yorkshire Day Chip Butty challenge is.....

Crazy Canuck Crazy Canuck !! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿป๐Ÿป

Congratulations Mike! ๐Ÿ‘ I need to pick up a few more bits and pieces to go with your Rosewood Lambsfoot, and then I'll get it off to you. Are you still at the same address? ๐Ÿ‘

Thanks again to everyone who took part ๐Ÿ‘
