Beautiful Lambsfoot, Todd... Have a great Lake Day. 🤠

I hope you're not banning yourself from the Guardians thread Leon  Good to see you here mate :)

Strange, are you browsing on your phone, or using a PC or laptop?

It's still there for now Barrett ;)

We don't see there here often, strangely, more common when I was a kid, and 'sausage meat' was a staple of every butcher's shop, and most households

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend, and that you have a wonderful Sunday. It's nice weather here again, and I'm sure my local park will be busy. It's probably unrealistic for me to think about getting there unfortunately, not least because I'd then have to walk back! Thought I'd carry The Yorkshire Rose today :)

A sublime Lambfoot, Jack. Hope your day is good despite the current limitations. You’re already up to a good start,
Good Morning Guardians
We finally found a reasonably priced contractor, so my wife and I are busy trying to design an addition to the house. It can be frustrating at times because I have my ideas and she has hers. Once she realizes that my ideas are superior, we can move along with the project. 😁

I always have time to look at your fine images, John.

Haven’t carried this one for sometime. Hope everyone has a great Sunday!
Good to see you here Jon :)
Got the Boss today. I decided to call the ebony Lamb Boss cause that was the name of my first 4H lamb. Boss was a Hampshire lamb and I still have fond memories of him.

Boss it is!
I forgot one step that might be the key.

Right click on the image > copy image address > click on my profile > click on signature > click on insert image icon > paste > save

That worked. Thanks buddy! 👍
Well done fellers :) Now we're cooking! :D

Great image my friend, hope you enjoyed your smoke :)

Hope everyone is having a good day :) My pal down the road told me he was planning to go to the park with his missus, kids, and a bunch of his wife's friends who were supposed to be coming over. I said I wasn't sure I'd make it to the park, but told him I'd see him at the bottom of the road. However, the wife's friends failed to turn up on time, and in the end, after chatting to a few other friends and neighbours, I walked onto the park alone. I was pretty tired by then, so I sat down on the grass, and drank a couple of beers I'd brought with me. The carnival timetable is always kind of...well, a bit like my mate's wife's friends...so there were only a couple of brief, small acts on the stage.

After half an hour or so, my mate still hadn't set off, and I was getting uncomfortable on the ground, so I managed to haul myself up, and set off down the slope, and then up the opposite bank. There are about a hundred food stalls, actually selling a slightly more diverse range of food and drink than in the past, and I had some Thai corn cakes, which were tasty, and very good value I thought. I wondered round, bumping into folks, some of whom I hadn't seen for several years, in one case ten!

I tried calling my friend, but the call wasn't answered, so I walked slowly back up the slope, continuing to bump into people I knew, but not my mate. I was pretty tired by this point, and aware of the fairly long walk still to come, I decided to head out of the park, hoping to bump into my mate along the way. At the end of the street, and sat on one of the large temporary concrete barriers blocking off the road to traffic. I gave him another call, but he was now in the park, and it was difficult to hear anything he was saying. Hopefully I'll catch up with him tomorrow.

As I walked back home, the crowds heading to the event were getting thicker and thicker, with folks excited, and looking forward to having fun. It was a long walk, but worthwhile, and there was a nice atmosphere at the Carnival :)

Gorgeous photo. 😎👍
Thank you Todd.
Your photo is "smokin" Harvey 🤠
Thank you John.

Looks like fun. Who knew so much fun would take so much effort.

I usually meet up with quite a few friends there Harvey, but a couple of them are on vacation, another is working away, and both Covid, and the increasing age of my friends, has been a factor. Several pals have moved away over the last 3 years, some overseas. Maybe next year, I'll hire a wheelchair, and a couple of pretty nurses, to take me there! :D ;)

Hope everyone has a pleasant Sunday. Puttering about the house today, doing some light cleaning and organizing for a BBQ we're having with a few neighbors tonight. Burgers, dogs, and pie is on the menu. Rosewood Lamb recently arrived from Jack is in the pocket :D

Thank you, Jack. :)

I'm happy you were able to endure the pain and fatigue to get down to the park and meet some old friends. 🤠
Thanks buddy, part of the fatigue is probably due to the lack of exercise I've had over the past seven weeks
