Could have taken more care putting that lid on! :D
That looks very tasty Jack, I’m going to do my best to talk Mrs. Bigfish into grilling some cheeseburgers tonight. 😎👍
A slice of heaven, Todd.
Thanks Harvey. 😎👍

Thanks Jack and good meal for Labor day !

Despite spending my early childhood playing on bomb-sites, with the damage of war, and the austerity it brought, all around me, it was only later in life that I appreciated the close proximity of WW2. As a child, I couldn't understand why the adults spent so much time talking about an event I thought of as ancient history!

It’s funny how your perception of time can change. My favorite example of something like that (much less serious than WW2) is the film Back to the Future. If it were made today, the part where they travel back to the 1950s would take place in the 90s. 😳

(By the way, I was four days old when Back to the Future came out.) 😁

Excellent idea! 👍👍👍
And it is Labor Day weekend. Grilling is mandatory on at least one day 🍔

Looks good, guys. I did my grilling/smoking on Saturday, a 10 lb pork butt. We had pulled pork for dinner on Saturday, and Sunday, and probably again tonight, and I’d guess we have enough for a couple more nights this week, too. 😁

Thanks Todd, I enjoyed it. As well as some tomato and chilli relish, I had a spoonful of the chilli crunch btb01 btb01 sent me 😊👍

Sounds good, Jack. I recently tried this similar product from Trader Joe’s, but it isn’t nearly as good as the Momofuku one.

LOL! :D I was born 15 years after WW2 ended, which to a 5 year-old is 3 lifetimes, but now I think of events 15 years ago as very recent (less time than I've been on BF)! :D

That's a shame Barrett, sounds like you're eating well though :) Great to see your Hartshead Barlow :)

We're currently well past the distant future envisioned in Back to the Future Pt II, when they travel all the way to 2015.
