Thanks Jack, hope you are well and enjoying life. I very much dislike the colder weather but I know it will pass and we will be warming up next week. Since we here in the USA are in the Thanksgiving holiday season I want to say thanks for all your efforts here in Bladeforums and especially on this particular site; Guardians of The Lambsfoot. It provides me (and others I'm sure) with such pleasure.Nice way to start a cold day BillYour Hartshead Barlow is looking good

Thanks. The knee's improving. Strangely, owning a book on physical therapy doesn't make me more knowledgeable than real physical therapists. They're starting on my hips and working down, which I didn't expect, and it seems to be working. I'll also have developed a pretty dashing derierre by the time they're through with me.Thanks Bob, got a jam doughnut lined up for my mid afternoon snack![]()

Love this image. Makes me think you made a wise choice.I cancelled knee therapy for this morning. I'll have to consult my head therapy books for help accepting my raging pansiness.

Cool freaky/spacey background to showcase your beautiful Lambfoot. Charlie’s Cafe makes your day a good one. Keep it up.Interesting images Harvey![]()
Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is OK, and has made it through the week in good shape. The weather isn't great here again, but it's not raining heavily, like it was yesterday. I usually meet my pal for lunch, or at least for a coffee, on Fridays, but his dog has his annual check-up at the vets. I think I'm going to have a stroll down to Charlie's cafe, and then I need to go into town to get a few things for the weekend. I thought I'd carry one of my 3 @jsdistin re-builds today. This one has some really dark African blackwoodHave a good day Guardians

Superb photo Steve
Blimey!I think you're right.
This is the worst snow I've seen since 1997, and I am adjusting for the age difference. I just hope the snow replacing the snow I shoved around will be less wet and heavy.
In a way there was no sense clearing it before it stopped, but I'd rather clear as much again than clear twice as much once.
That could be my last meal.Friday is Pie Day!![]()

Shoveling strategies is strictly personal choice. Using a a plastic shovel, I prefer not waiting til the snow stops. That would be too cardio stressful for me. I’m a little weird. I actually shovel the lawn so that my little buddy doesn’t have to search for a place to do his business. Don’t want him to get frostbite. Pushing, not lifting, then slowly clearing as each significant layer accumulates. Take care.I just hope the snow replacing the snow I shoved around will be less wet and heavy.

I really like the pattern on that coat.
Thanks mateThat could be my last meal.. Looks magnificent, i feel as though i can taste it as i sit here.
.
Fortunately, it's rarely too bad here, but I remember once, about 15 years ago, I spent a couple of hours clearing my path. My back wasn't so bad then, but I was still suffering with it the next day, when I looked out of the window, and saw that the snow had completely melted!Shoveling strategies is strictly personal choice.
