The engineer arrived around 3.00pm, has ordered the parts, and is coming back in the morning to fit them. I still don't have any hot water, but he did leave me a couple of fan heaters.

Dang Jack, sorry to hear of the boiler trouble. A better day tomorrow I hope.

Good morning Guardians, sounds like some family fun and great food for Thanksgiving. Hope you've all got the day off today to digest the turkey! I received a text at 7.30am saying my boiler engineer was on the way, but he's not here yet, an hour later. I finally managed to get my PC to boot up after 30 minutes of trying. Hoping I'll get time to work on it over the weekend. I have my scan at 12.30pm, so I'm hoping the boiler is fixed before then. Have a great day Guardians

Hope everyone is having a nice Friday, I didn't manage to get all my jobs done, but it's nice to have heat and hot water again!

They took my wallet and watch, made me wear strange ill-fitting clothes, which robbed me of my dignity, questioned me, made me wear a mask, ear-plugs, and headphones, and then they put me in a hole, and subjected me to what sounded like German industrial techno. Apart from that they were nice to me at the hospital, but I have to wait at least a couple of weeks for the results of the MSR scan

Morning Guardians !

I had a great Thanksgiving with my Brother and his in-laws. My sausage stuffing went over well and was delicious if I don't say so myself. All the other food was wonderful as well. For desert there were five different pies, Pumpkin, Apple , Blueberry, Pecan and Pecan /Apple.

Went for a brisk walk on this frosty morning at the dog park, it's a beautiful sunny day and supposed to warm up to 48°F
