Thanks mateGlad you were finally able to get your scan.

I thought this a good Friday to go black Friday.
Sounds like a feast SteveMorning Guardians !
I had a great Thanksgiving with my Brother and his in-laws. My sausage stuffing went over well and was delicious if I don't say so myself. All the other food was wonderful as well. For desert there were five different pies, Pumpkin, Apple , Blueberry, Pecan and Pecan /Apple.
Went for a brisk walk on this frosty morning at the dog park, it's a beautiful sunny day and supposed to warm up to 48°F

I can't tell but...do they make something like this in carbon steel with a bail? That seems remarkable useful in my opinion
Dang it the quote didn't come along with it...I was referring to this![]()

Thanks Bob, this week went kind of sideways for me!Wonderful selection. Glad you can sit back and have some peace in your life Jack.
Ok so I went to post #1 and did a little reading. I didn't even realize their was that much difference between a sheepsfoot and a lambfoot blade. If you go to post #1 in this thread, along with some other information there, you'll find a link to the index which covers the early (but significant part) of this thread. Most of the Lambsfoot pattern, shown in this thread, have carbon-steel blades. Examples with a bail are extremely rare. It's certainly an extremely useful pattern![]()
I think there have only been a couple of them posted hereOk so I went to post #1 and did a little reading. I didn't even realize their was that much difference between a sheepsfoot and a lambfoot blade.
But consider me educated.
And I did see one or two with bails, but I can see where it's been commented on as being unusual when you find one.
Thanks for the info
Put it on Sleep.I'm unsure if I should turn off my PC tonight,
