That would be considered the snowfall of the decade here Steve! I'm glad the sun is out for you buddy, great pic of your Big 'UnMorning Guardians !
We had our first snow storm yesterday and got almost 9 inches. Today it's very cold and windy but at least the sun is out.

Thank you Harvey, quite a Rogue's Gallery!Excellent look of your market mates, Jack.
I have no idea either, but that being said, i think you are bang on. When i had a good look at it and how it works, it is just a portable fan/convection oven, where the air circulates all around whatever you are cooking, the food tray/holder has slits in it and sits off the bottom with and element at the top, and a fan circulates air all around it. I think it will be good, especially for certain foods and the fact that i am cooking for one. I have only used it twice, the first time for some lamb chops, they turned out okay, but i did not get the cooking time right, bit underdone for my liking, but as with everything once you work out how to use it properly will only get better at it. But i did roast some potatoes last night, and they turned out a treat. And the holding tray is just so easy to clean. The only downside is it does take up bench space.Let us know what you think.
I'm not at all clear what the difference between air-frying and convection/fan baking would be. Unless it's just smaller and therefore faster.
Those are kind words, John, and I thank you.You always do such a masterful job of crafting your pictures.![]()

Edit. Had one of the Lamb chops cold for lunch today, sliced with some Mint Sauce and a little bit of salt and pepper, on some nice buttered wholemeal bread from a local bakery. Pretty Darn Good, i know i am going to get it in the neck from my friend who has been telling me to get one for ages, can cook up some meat/protein and just keep it in the fridge and have it cold. Especially over summer and really hot day.
Looking good Pete
Thanks David, I will, there's a combined age of well over 500 in that photo!Evening Guardians! 19 again today. Jack hope your trip to the market is a pleasure. Tell the rogues howdy!
