Some Lamb on lamb. CC on some lamb chops i have marinating for lunch. Just purchased an air fryer this morning which i am going to try out. Been saying that they are just another cupboard cluttering gimmick/piece of junk for ages. But relented this morning when i was out buying supplies. I'm a big believer in Karma and things happening for a reason. Well i have had a friend telling me for ages to get one, she said for a quick meal or to cook some protein and vegies they are just so quick and convenient, here is the Karma part. Yesterday i had a brainwave to clean my oven, a shocking project, and this morning out shopping there was a shop that had 2 air-fryers on special at one third of their normal price, i thought this is meant to be. So the seller has one left now, i will see how it goes. Any advice out there greatly appreciated, or pit falls. .

We love our air fryer , I have cooked every thing from chicken wings to baked potatoes to asparagus and steak tips in mine!! Love the Charlie lamb ! I had a cold cut sammich for supper, so a late evening snack was called for ! One of my favorite snacks!

On the porch. My dog Patches had oral surgery today. They took out an abscessed tooth and another. No food choppers, so that is good. I’m waiting on the wife to bring her home. No doubt she will need some love.

Lockwood Brothers made a decent knife. Shame about the snap, but you can't beat that old steel

We are getting a touch of the British weather here. We have been getting the rain we needed all summer. Having Charlie's as a goal cannot be all bad Jack.

Let us know what you think.
I'm not at all clear what the difference between air-frying and convection/fan baking would be. Unless it's just smaller and therefore faster.

I hope you don't get the fog we've had this week Bob. It's rare here these days, practically a daily occurrence when I was a kid, due to coal fires and industrial pollution. I'm glad you have some rain though No, the sun always shines in Charlie's!
