Better than them taking your nice lamb.Good late morning Guardians. Had to take this little toy from a student. Maybe I’ll get lucky some day and one of them will bring a lamb instead of a pig!View attachment 2052899

Thanks so kindly...you have a good eye for wood...yes bocote. No work necessary to develop character on that one, it has character in spades. Striking wood. Bocote?

Pete, reminds me of the first time my daughter brought a boyfriend home from college and I made a point of cleaning my Glock 22 and Python in front of him. My daughter wouldn’t speak to me for a couple of months. Thankfully she ended marrying a gun guy last year.Hello Guardians. It’s been a fun and interesting week. I decided to fill the three manager vacancies I have this month. I hired one last week. Had 4 interviews this week for the second position and 4 interviews for the third position next week.
People are looking for work in my area these days.
Anyway I have a habit of pulling my pocket knife out to fiddle with it at work. So today I got blood lamb out and started snicking it open and closed during an interview without thinking about it. Then it dawned on me that this behavior may possibly be seen untoward by the applicant. Well it didn’t. He seemed unconcerned. Obviously he is on to the second round.
Hope you all enjoy the weekend.
