When i think of hot beverages there's hot chocolate, tea, coffee, Kona coffee...

True Kona coffee (not just a few Kona beans mixed in with whatever other swill but 100% Kona from Hawaii) is not only delicious (and it is delicious) but it just tastes different than other coffees. It's really its own unique thing.

When I was a kid I remember people would come back from vacations to Hawaii and give little bags of Kona as gifts. So I always thought of it as "vacation coffee". (After I told Dawn that story, we started calling it vacation coffee in our house.) We can't always get it easily, but as soon as I told her you've never had it she started checking with some friends on where we could get some. We will track some Kona down and send you some! This is a coffee emergency!

I actually went to a Star Trek convention when I was a teenager. We were living in Dallas, and the local Christian network channel that broadcast the shows in syndication didn't show three or four particular episodes, so the convention organizers brought the "banned episodes" to show on a big theater screen. It was a lot of fun to watch that way.

Congratulations Steve, I like the ones with the 'veins' :) We did well with that wood, much more character than usual apparently :cool: I wonder what happened to all the others? Wright's ran out of Ironwood halfway through, so that run were done in two batches. Here's the other pic :thumbsup:

It's a little milder than it has been here today, so I'm hoping that is going to continue for my trip to the market tomorrow :) I decided to get a haircut today, so headed into town via Charlie's cafe ;) :thumbsup:

That is a fine Hartshead Jack


I love seeing all of these Lambs, specially the Hartsheads and the Senators. I know the Senator is not a favorive with a lot of you but I like the pattern. Not the name ( It is not a senator pattern) but I like the looks. As far as the Hartshead, Maybe someday but the way they are increasing in value probably not. But that's OK, I have plenty of other knives to play with.
