Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks, Jack. It’s the cover of a book called Glorious Britain, featuring photos from the Francis Frith collection. If you’re not familiar with Mr. Firth, it seems that he set out in 1860 “to photograph every city, town, and village in Britain.” The work continued after his death, and by 1970 the archive contained over a third of a million photos showing 7000 British towns and villages. Photos in the book are mostly from 1860 to the 1930's. Great stuff!
Fascinating :) Many of the old photo history books I have from Sheffield contain photos from the Francis Frith collection, and I love to look at them :) I sometimes use them as backgrounds for my knife photos :)
A fantastic photo of that vintage IXL Dwight :)

Thank you Jack for the well wishes and thinking of us ! :)

Tempting 😋 as they are I'll have to pass on the pies though😁
I've managed to lose a significant amount of weight.
It began by adopting a healthier diet and then engaging in regular walks aided by my faithful companion, my ebony lamb. Sharing the pics here helped with motivation and aided in making regular walks a habit.

Then came Covid and I went crazy about sourdough LOL . My progress was stopped.

Last year around this time I reengaged as I had started to gain back some of the weight that I had lost.
I have since lost another 65 pounds.
No more sourdough for me :) ... I still bake it regularly for the ladies of the home.
For the past year I have followed what they call Mediterranean Keto diet.

Here are two good old friends :)

edit: "Chippy" there is not being a good example ... both cheeks stuffed and about to burst :D

Dan glad you have your health going in a good direction. Cool pics of Chippy and your Lamb! 🤠

Good morning Guardians, just on my way to see salad-munching Tool Man! 🤣 Have a good day everyone 👍
Have a great day Jack!
Great lamb Bob. Is that buffalo horn?
I sure am better at snow removal than those clowns with the north-facing driveways!:D

That is one fine driveway. Puts mine to shame. I am still a snow removal apprentice. Maybe I will graduate to Snow removal and salting specialist by the end of my first winter up north. Nice lamb and cool picture.
Good morning Guardians. Raining = no golf😞 today. Oh well, keeping my HHB close to me today.

Sorry to hear about the golf Bill. Hopefully you can get out there soon. I am about three months away unfortunately. Lovely HHB.
Good morning Guardians, looking forward to the weekend…just a few more days. 😎👍View attachment 2067896
