Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning everyone. Just a regular work day for me. Enjoying the warmer weather and happy to see the snow is starting to melt off. Unfortunately didnt have time to make breakfast this morning. Grabbed a good old friend on my way to work, a gas station breakfast burrito lol. My son is taking interest in baseball and I think I will take him to the indoor batting cages after work. Stag lamb riding in my pocket today. Have a great day everyone.

I hope your son enjoys the sport Paul. I played until I was in my 50's. Nice lamb as always.

Hope your day is going OK buddy :) SamDamLamb looking good :D
Is that a very young Ronnie Barker or Corbett?
I think those were the two Ronnie's surnames.
It's Ronnie Barker Jer, well-spotted :) From the BBC comedy series Porridge :) I've been trying to find you a YT clip, but they're either badly edited or of low quality :( The episodes are well worth watching though, as is the film
Glad he is in good spirits. Wonderful lamb.
I dare say the rest will do him good :D Thank you my friend :)

🤣 How long have you known Tool Man, and how did you meet?

Looks like you and Big Rose are having a swell time so far.👍🏻
I just got to know him through the market Harvey :) That was about 12 years or so ago :) Here we are at his wedding some years back

Nobody makes an old lamb and a donut look as good as you do Harvey. 😎👍

Many thanks Todd.

Good morning Guardians. Recycled photo because I can’t get into my room because it’s being used for another class right now. View attachment 2075980

The market was better back then, and I used to head down there early to scoop up the sort of pointy treasure I just don't see there anymore. Then I'd usually head over to another Yorkshire market. I have a mate called Bod, who bought gardening tools from Tool Man, and I would usually look on his stall. He knew I was a mate of Bod's, and asked me if I would give him Bod's phone number. Being a stickler for etiquette, I suggested Tool Man give me HIS number, and I'd pass it onto Bod. I passed the request on by text, and having gained Bod's permission, passed on his number. I got on with Tool Man pretty much immediately, and would generally spend a bit of time with him behind the stall, before heading off. One Yorkshire Day, I had gone to the coast, and he rang me to see if I was OK, as I hadn't been to the market, which all my other friends thought hilarious. Not long after, he invited me to his wedding. It's rare I've missed a Thursday since, and while I know all the other traders, I generally spend 90% of my time at the market with Tool Man, and all the other regulars who call in

I'm not carrying this one today - jut have it out for some air.
