As a clarification, the MRVSEA show is tractor oriented. The steam tractors are the stars, but there is always a bunch of antique gas/diesel tractors on display also.

I've heard the Winfield show mentioned. It wouldn't surprise me if there are several people who show at both Boonville and Winfield. I've talked to people from Minnesota, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois and other states over the years. I imagine that people who maintain and show steam engines are a fairly tightknit community. Not unlike pocket knife aficionados.
