I forget what it was called, but I just had a large square of filo pastry, topped with custard, caramelised pears, and ginger. I took some pics of the confection, with my DamLamb, cropped and edited the pics, and accidentally deleted them!

I went for a coffee with my ex's daughter, and then we drove out for a birthday lunch in her little Fiat. I had Arancini, followed by Spaghetti Arabiatta. It was raining hard, so we cancelled our walk, and went for a drive instead. We were just having a cup of tea back at mine, when my neighbours popped round to wish me Happy Birthday, and give me a bottle of wine. I won't be eating anything later, but I did get dessert from the restaurant, to take home Hope everyone else is having a good day, and looking forward to the weekend

Happy Friday. It looks to be a sunny day here. It’s a bit nippy but I’m enjoying sitting outside with my lamb, a cup of coffee and my cat who is moving from sunny spot to sunny spot. I hope everyone has a good weekend.

I must have at least a dozen hipflasks, it's just one of those things you get gifted, or pick up, going through life This new one, however, hold half a pint!

Good morning Guardians. Hope you all are getting ready for a great weekend. I had a much better day golfing yesterday. However, still struggling now and then. Since I'm due for an eye exam I think I'll go and get my peepers checked out. Could be the source of my difficulties on the links! Walmart had brown mulch on sale so I picked up 12 bags. Now the weekend work begins. Glad I have my trusty HHB to help out. Recycled photo from a few years back.
