After looking up the Grey Poupon commercial, I went down a bit of a YouTube rabbit hole that resulted in me watching this video of a “mustard expert” comparing cheap vs. expensive mustards. (I actually found it more interesting than it sounds, but maybe that’s because I really like mustard.)

I’ve watched some other videos in the same series before (beer, whiskey, etc.) and my only complaint is that they never tell you the brands of the things their tasting.

I wasn’t aware that Spam needed additional fat for frying. I always assumed it was self-lubricating, like bacon.

You might be right. But I always use butter. Spam does not have nearly as much fat as bacon does.
