Nice Greg! I sliced up some cucumber with mine tonight, just to get things started. I’m always a bit reluctant to start using, but I plunged right in. Yours is beautiful.
One of my ancestors, George Wilmot, came from Canada (London before that, according to my Uncle George Wilmot) in the mid-nineteenth century.
