Is that the cover for " Everything right about lambs?" Great photo Dwight.
Hey! How about that beautiful side of lamb? Nice Leon. Here's my version. Today's lunch, some Rump Steak cooked on Cast Iron with some wholemeal fresh Italian split vienna loaf of bread from the market this morning. And butter of course.![]()

"He hath filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he hath sent empty away"!This is how the Powers That Be want to see Leeds Market - sanitized, anodyne, cashless, gentrified, and dull. No bargain cake stalls, no fish and chip shops, no old tool stalls, no characterThat isn't a market!

Sad. I think we were talking about the decline of the industrial revolution just yesterday.I've been talking to more and more people today who've been experiencing similar internet/phone outtage to me this week. I found some coverage online, but multiple networks are affected, and have been for days

Leeds broadband outage: Virgin apologises after cable cut
Many customers in north Leeds said their internet access went down on Wednesday.www.bbc.co.uk
Thanks Bob, there are so many of these companies now, and they're digging up the roads and pavements week in week out here. They leave both in an appalling condition afterwards, and are never held to account. I have a friend who works in Healthcare, and he says that half the city is affected, and it's preventing them delivering services. Businesses are affected, even Charlie's cafe. My elderly neighbours can't even make a phone call. There have been no notifications issued, and no offers of compensation for the disruption caused. Nor do we know how much longer it's going to go on for. At times, I have a weak connection via my phone, but often I don't even have thatSad. I think we were talking about the decline of the industrial revolution just yesterday.
Sorry to hear your troubles Jack.
That's nice Tyson, cool picThanks, Jack! The rest of my pocket knives live in a drawer in my desk, but the HHB lives on the base of my middle monitor. It doesn't get pocket time every day, but it gets handled and used just about every day.

And wearing a fine coat....enjoy that extra day Jeremy.Made it to Friday (I took today off because the only thing better than a 3 day weekend is a 4 day weekend). This Albers lamb in my pocket (again). It has been a mainstay in my pocket since it arrived, very nice knife.

Beautiful lamb, Jack!!! Hope the dentist went ok. Have a great day.Good morning Guardians, Friday again, and we have another 3-day weekend. That's 3 this month, I wish they'd space them out a bit more! I'm doing some work this morning, then off to the dentists in the afternoon, and into town to get some shopping. Thought I'd carry my 2018 Guardians SFO, in ebony, todayHave a great day Guardians, the weekend is nearly here

Looks like a delicous fillet!!!!Jack Black Here are some pics of the Gummy Shark fillet i bought at the market this morning. Notice i said " Fillet " as in singular. Have Charlie's lamb as a comparison, it is 7 inches long exactly when opened, so the fillet is about 20 inches long. Will get 3 feeds out of it, here is tonight's waiting to be cooked.
