One major advantage of growing tomato's in a pot. If a major storm or hailstorm hits they can be moved under cover. I lost a whole vegetable patch of 6 tomato plants once, completely shredded by a hail storm. And about i week from starting to harvest. Months of care and tendering destroyed in minutes. Was not happy.Everything must be in a pot since base housing won’t let me put in a proper garden.
Incredible lambsfoot charlie. As are your SFO's my friend.Joseph Rodgers, the Father of the Waynorth Lambfoot!
Si pues amigo. Yo soy blue collar thru and thru!Ay Caramba! Really cool pic mi companero! Your sweet blue collar TEW Lamb fits right in

That's a shame Daniel, (I've made use of pots myself in the past), but as Leon says they have their advantagesPlanted a mix of tomatoes and some flowers today. Everything must be in a pot since base housing won’t let me put in a proper garden. View attachment 2201037View attachment 2201038View attachment 2201039

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is keeping well, looking forward to seeing some pics from US Memorial Day. Thanks to those who help keep us safe, and have served, now, and in the pastOur equivalent day is in November, and there is also Armed Forces Day, which is fairly recent. Today is a holiday, but just one of a number of vague ones we have here. I was hoping for a weekend of blazing sunshine, and on Saturday, it seemed it would be, but it's fairly dull again today. Not raining, at least, though
I had a bit of a lazy day yesterday, and didn't get a great deal done, so there's no shortage of chores I can get on with today
I did make some vague plans to go for a walk with my mate Matt, and his lad, with a bit of slingshot practice thrown in. I'll give him a ring later
Have a great day today Guardians, and enjoy carrying your Lambsfoot knives. I have Big Rose in my pocket
