Good morning Guardians, hope your week is going OK. I had someone ringing my doorbell at 10 o'clock last night, didn't recognise the rather strident voice, but it turned out to be a friend of some posh folks down the road, (guy who all but chopped my elderly neighbours apple trees down a couple of years back), enquiring about a missing cat. I hope Kuki returns home, but suspect that, with the posh folks having upped sticks to Bilbao for 3 months, and rented their home out to a young man, who is rarely there, and has been letting an older cat into the house, she might just be ensconced somewhere else :rolleyes: I asked the door-knocker what they wanted folks to do if Kuki is spotted, and she advised ringing the owner to reassure the family. Sure enough, his phone number is given on the leaflet, though it doesn't mention that he is currently in the Basque Country! o_O

Paul, I’ve gathered from some of your other posts that you’re often out and about as part of your job. If you’re going to eat gas station burritos, I hope you keep a bog roll (as our friend from Yorkshire might call it) in your work vehicle. 😉🤣

I know the feeling Jon, I was still eating my evening meal, when my phone and door-bell started ringing, and it's been like that for 2 hours! :rolleyes: I think I might head where Kuki's headed! :D :thumbsup:

Trying to get everything done and dusted, so that I can go to the market tomorrow, and it hasn't been easy! Finished eating 3 hours later than I should do :rolleyes: My mate Matt is coming to pick me up in an hour or so, as we are going to see a movie - SISU - looks like fun! :D :thumbsup:

Like Steve we have had Canadian haze for 4 days. I hope they get relief soon. Older people are being told to stay inside down here in Jersey. It is like twilight all day long here.
Plus we have our own starting up, here in the pine barrens of South Jersey.😟20230607_151416.jpg
