Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning Guardians, how's everyone doing? It looks like another damp day here in Grumbleland, cooler too. Not to worry, it saves me watering the garden, and makes it easier to do some work in the house ;) There are thunder storms forecast for later, but I'm hoping it clears up a bit for my weekly trip to the market tomorrow. I know a few of you are wanting rain, so I hope you get some soon  I'm carrying my Eric Albers Lamb again today, I'm pretty smitten with this one :D Have a good day Guardians

It's hard to find fault with your choice Jack.👍🏻 May the skies brighten to you tomorrow.

Thank you very much Bob :) I was talking to Tool Man on the phone the other night, and told him I was glad that the bus-strike was over. He said he wasn't bothered, as he had a Landrover! :D I reminded the pudding that if the bus-strike had continued, he'd have had no customers, and he wouldn't have been able to filch my chips! :D ;)

I guess he will never be a Richard Branson with thinking like that.

I forgot to wish everyone a Happy Summer Solstice earlier, so I hope the rest of the year is a happy one for all of us :)

The weather here brightened up, and was actually warm and pleasant, but now I've put the washing-machine on, the sun has disappeared, and I've just seen some rain on the windows 🤨 I did have time to nip down to Charlie's, while the sun was shining though, to grab a coffee, and a croissant, and to present them with a couple of Yorkshire flags to add to their collection! :D

I was gifted an interesting knife, at the Rendezvous, from a fellow who sells my SFOs (when we can get them!), Jamie Rank!! An interesting combination of the old "Teardrop" knife pattern and a Lambsfoot blade - nicely done!!! Thanks Jamie!!Jamie Rank gift 1.jpgJamie Rank gift 2.jpg

Wow Charlie, it may have taken a while, but the Lambsfoot has most definitely arrived in the USA! 🎉🇺🇸 That looks good, well done Jamie Rank! GEC?
Happy Solstice to you also, Jack!!
Thanks Charlie, I've just added a short video of this morning's sunrise at Stonehenge :D I was there in 1984, but the stones were quieter :)

Nice capture of your Albers. I would have be you would be at Stonehenge.🤣
Similar people as found at the market, I would assume.😃
Thanks Bob, it's quite unlikely, but I was very interested in the history, and June 21st was one of only two days each year when the public were allowed access to the stone circle, and for free. I doubt there were a hundred people there at sunrise  Yeah, there were some weirdos for sure! 🤣 I don't have my photos anymore I'm afraid :(
