I made one for Ron ( Half/Stop ) in 2018 and used an old broken handle shovel . All the pictures of it have non Lambfoot knives in them .
I have made a third one using an old oak limb and I am working on another one from an old stick that I have had since 1973 .

Today Jb lamb & Leki Wanderfreund made in Czech republic. Took me awhile to get 1 hard to find here at a reasonable price😦
1 of my favourite modern sticks. It extends up to hiking pole as well. Has a speed lock system you just flick it open or closed to adjust.
