Thanks Steve, I had updated it shortly before going into the cinema, and when I went to turn it off, it turned into HAL! :eek: It's been both infuriating and exhausting! 😣 Darn thing even turned itself back on this morning, and was gibbering in some incompressible language! 🤯 I don't know whether I should take it in somewhere, so they can maybe do a hard re-set, or just bash the heck out of it with a hammer! 🤬 Been a lot of fun setting up my other phone :rolleyes: :thumbsup:

Thanks buddy, I've never lost or even damaged a single phone I've had, in 20-odd years. Every single one has committed hara-kiri, or gone crazy in some other way (OK, a few early ones I had to change because of a worn charging port)! 🤯 I had another HAL, a few years ago, which actually started changing settings, deleting things, even texting people, it was crazy! 😵‍💫 You could see the cursor moving around, and flicking between screens, and I had a struggle turning it off! 🤬 🤖

Good morning Guardians, this phone stuff has taken up a whole load of time I'll never get back, and definitely spoiled my day yesterday :mad: Before that, it was going pretty well. I ended up going to see the Equalizer movie. I haven't seen the previous two, but I guess they're much the same! :D I hope everyone else is doing OK, and having a great weekend :) I have a load of stuff I need to do today, among which is writing a eulogy for the funeral of a neighbour, who passed in the week :( Think I definitely need some Waboom! Enjoy your Sunday Guardians :) :thumbsup:

Sorry to hear about your phone, shanghai practise?
The sheath I made over 15years ago, fits bobstag like a glove. It's a mongrel, water buffalo body, roo lacing & lined, with cow belt loop😄

Thank you my friend, I shall miss Frank, he was a nice feller, who lived a few doors down from me. Born in Dublin, but spent most of his life on my street. He only retired a couple of years back :(

Good morning Guardians. Hope all of you are getting a good start to your weekend by now. Sunny and cool morning here. Enjoying my daughter and her husband who are visiting us from up north. Don't get to see my kids ver often. One in Philly, one in Mechanicsburg, and one in LA. Will be visiting the one in LA over Thanksgiving Holiday.:thumbsup: Keeping my HHB close by today.

Got my Karelian Burl in pocket today along with another great knife not suitable for this thread (thanks Pete Angry Waiter Angry Waiter for the good luck charm.). Playing bass with a bunch of great musicians, don’t feel like I’m fit to shine their shoes, let alone play in the group with them.
