Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I do, my usual carries are 2 blade, with a pen secondary.
I thought that this (below) would be my ideal pattern, but I quickly came to realise the Pen wasn't getting used, in the way that I used it, as a secondary to other blade patterns, even a Sheepsfoot. The versatility of the Lambsfoot, effectively made the Pen redundant, and I've found that more the longer I've carried a Lambsfoot. I often carry a second folder, but sadly, they don't always get the use they deserve, simply because I habitually reach for the Lambsfoot. Of course, you may use a Pen for tasks I don't undertake Dan :)

Geting your WABOOM on, I see. A lovely lamb, Jack. Hope it isn't too cold for you today. Have a great day my friend.

Very cool lamb, Steve. Shots are the worst 😱.
Thank you very much Paul, it chucked it down all day, but we're not into winter yet. Still surprisingly cold for the time of year

I know the feeling, Jack. I’m a sucker for a good customer loyalty/reward program. 😁
I regularly do a Lap of Honour Barrett! 🤣
Thanks! While I can certainly put it away, I’m no Tool Man, and that was probably a bit too much food. Of course, I still ate it all. 😉
Of course! 🤣
I appreciate the kind words, guys. Feeling better now, I’d say I’m at 97.5%. 😁
I wish I still felt that good! ;) :D
Kleen Kanteen seem to make some pretty solid products, although I don’t think I’ve bought anything new from them in 10 or 15 years, and the ones that I have are their basic, non-insulated water bottles. I have way too many water bottles stashed away in cabinets and boxes. In high school and college it was Nalgene, then I moved to Sigg bottles (tried Klean Kanteen around that same time for the wider mouth). Now I have an insulated Yeti bottle, which I like except for the fact that it weighs a ton! (I don’t drink coffee regularly enough to take it with me, so I mostly use the Yeti for cold water or, occasionally, iced tea.)
I've had the same US Army canteen since 1978! :D But I also have loads of water-bottles too Barrett :D I only ever used Sigg for fuel, though they were popular with hikers here. Nalgene were crazy expensive when they first appeared here. I only came across Klean Kanteen here, 10-15 years ago, I have a couple of the non-insulated water-bottles, a food-flask, and one of the insulated cups, but I've bought a lot more as gifts. I have a couple of other US ones, including the 2 pint one, at least one British Army one, and one of the Keith Titanium canteens, as well as a couple more with integrated water filters :D

Thanks kindly...we definitely don't get those in our part of the world.
Down here in South FL we've got quite a bit of Australian flora - just off the top of my head: Paperbark (of which my grandmother was very allergic to the pollen), Bottlebrush, and Australian pine. Many of the pines have now been removed (a monumental task given their extensive root systems) as they are classified as invasive. The pines were originally planted in attempts to dry out the swamp that much of Miami's suburbs now sit upon.

Thanks Jack. Some calamari, spinach stuffed mushrooms and mozzarella sticks.
Mmmm 😋 It was the spinach-stuffed mushrooms I really wasn't sure about Bob, they look delicious, as does everything else 😋 What a nice plate :)

I didn't take any photos of my lunch today, but I was back at the Tunisian place in the market, and then drinking coffee with Eccles cakes :D

🤣
Absolutely! 🤣
I haven't seen the Bucs this year, but based on the stats Baker seems to be playing well.
So far so good Mike. He’s playing with a chip on his shoulder for sure, but that’s his style I guess. Hope he continues to play well and stays healthy.
Fighting words living in 🐻 country 😆 🤣 😂. 93 is looking great, Todd.
Thanks Paul. It’s all good fun, but I do have bragging rights until they play again. 🤣
Are they all like these guys? 😉🤣

You nailed it Barrett, all stuck in 1985! 🤣

Wow interesting.
The pines would have been hard to get rid of. They are used to prevent soil erosion..
Paperbacks grow big, drop lots of small leaves, regular job sweeping out the back.
I like bottle brush prefer the smaller varieties. Mine is starting to flower.

Gorgeous! About how big does that variety reach at maturity? We have a massive one at my dad's place - I'd say 45 feet tall and with bright red brushes
Yes, and they attract the native birds.

True mate.
I don't think we've got any native Australian birds but I've noticed that the paperbark trees attract lots of woodpeckers.

True about the soil erosion! A lot of the ones you still see left are the ones lining canals - I suppose that since they're probably the only things preventing the sandy banks from entirely collapsing into the canals themselves - they won't remove them until they have a plan to fortify the banks another way. Huge and beautiful trees, though. Would love to see them in their native habitat someday!

These 1s should only get 2 metres. Yep some grow huge must look good.
Woodpeckers 😎 adapting well.

To keep it on track.
BobStag with cap choice for the day, although you might not see it, due to being camouflage 😂😂

I generally use the pen when the main is a little large for the job at hand. However, as you said, it really doesn't get a lot of use. I just kind of like having it there.
