Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks, Jack. The girls are both looking forward to Halloween. I’m just hoping the weather we’ve been having (highs in the 50s/low 60s most days) will stick around until the 31st, but it probably won’t.
I hope it stays good mate :)
The new vegan cafe might offer beans on toast, but it will probably cost £12 and be awful. 😉
yeah, wouldn't be surprised  There's a small cafe in one of the areas I go walking, which was originally set up in the local community centre. It was cheap, and dead friendly, until some hipsters took it over about 7 years back. I only went there the one time afterwards, ordered beans on toast, and it came to £8.35! And there was one slice of toast!
Yesterday, after pocketing my new Katalox Albers (I figured the Afzelia Burl could use a little break), we headed out for a quick dinner and then to the Minnesota Zoo for their annual Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular. We’ve been going to this for a few years now and it’s a lot of fun. They have thousands of jack-o-lanterns set up along an outdoor trail, including a hundred or more larger, more intricately carved pumpkins.

There’s always a theme for the larger jack-o-lanterns. This year’s theme was “Seasons of the Year,” which I have to say was not their best theme, but there were still some impressive and interesting pumpkins.

There was a lot of wildlife.

I thought this rabbit (or is it a hare?) was probably the most impressive carving we saw.

They had most of the local sports teams covered.

There were some classic Halloween designs.

And some that were a bit more… unusual.

Absolutely amazing Barrett, that must have been a nice family evening out :) They have a thing called Light Night here in Leeds, but it's a bit arty farty, and I always miss it  :D
It’s Minnesota, so you have to have Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox.

🤣
The winter section had unnecessary/unwanted reminders of the months to come. 🥶

A bit tactless!;)

Thanks for taking us along Barrett, those are great pics :)

Thanks Jack, a favorite snack, especially this time of year. 😎👍

Nice one Jack, looks like it’s seen many work days. 😎👍
Mmmm😋 Thanks buddy, reckon so :)
KInd of inspires me to not bother carving a pumpkin.
My Hallowe'en nightcap is orange enough.

LOL! :D We used to have to carve turnips here when I was a kid! I don't know how the farmers make any money on pumpkins, a big one sells for around a dollar here, but sometimes they're half that price
 Unity Lamb Jack! Hope you have a good day. 🤠
Thanks David :) You too
Is that ebony John, looks good?

Great meeting place and like the menu Pete.
Interesting menu Pete, I hope your meeting went OK

Just had my tomato and lentil soup :) For once, a Lambsfoot wasn't that useful! :D ;)

Enjoy tomorrow Jack. This is the season to appreciate a good soup.

Long live bexoid. Is there a shrinkage problem with Bex, as with celluloid Jack?
