Thanks Mitch2 suggestions, magic eraser block I use on the sharpmaker every so often you can pick them up in the cleaning isle at supermarkets. Also oven,wipes have small noudles on them for light scouring. I keep wet wipes handy to wipe down knives & the excess on stones when sharpening.

LOL!A great day off for me. I accomplished nothing other then picking up my kids from school. I did manage to go to the convenience store to buy and scarf down some of those chicken roller things. Have this lovely smooth stag lamb in the pocket.

Good morning Guardians, I'd say 'Welcome to the weekend', but I know our Antipodean contingent are already halfway through it (and having a good one I hope)!Still got the weather here, but hopefully passing off today. It's definitely flanno weather though!
I had another rotten night's sleep, so I imagine I'll be having a nap or two
Got a bunch of dishes to do though
