Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Most of my duplicate books I bought on purpose (usually because there was some new edition of a favorite book that I liked the look of and thought I needed to own). I think this one (old pic I posted here a while back) is the only one I have in triplicate, though.

It’s all good, just one of those fun parts of being an adult. The annoying thing is I knew what the problem was (water pump), and I maybe(?) could have replaced it myself, especially had I know what it would cost. But at least it’s done now (he did end up getting it done today).

It’s gonna be a chilly night trick-or-treating. I might bring a flask to help me keep warm.

Cold and rainy weather definitely put a damper on ours. We normally give out 8-10lb of candy and tonight we only gave out (maybe) 1lb.

McD crew was large and in charge at their party tonight. They have graduated out of trick or treat and into party mode because they are sooooo cool. Bob Ross needed to let you all know that a stag Lambsfoot is a great tool for landscape painting

LOL! I guess I have a few I bought on purpose too, usually if there is a new (and updated) edition. I found two copies of Conrad's The Secret Agent though, a slim volume I have been meaning to read for decades, and never actually done so!

Good morning Jack. Waboom is a perfect light carry for haircut and chores.
The covid shot tends to make me lethargic too. An afternoon siesta tends to help me get through it.

Living in a senior gated community we don't get any tricks or treats, but we face-timed with the grandkids and saw all their costumes,

Quiet Halloween last night. We live out in the country and kids would rather stay in town where the houses are closer together and there are sidewalks. We haven't had Trick or Treaters in over 15 years. But that's okay we just stayed in and watched a glorious zombie movie starring Bill Murray called, "The Dead Don't Stay Dead"... worth a watch if you like silly zombie movies.

Thanks buddy, I ended up having a bit of a mad day today, but two strong coffees in Charlie's kept me going Speaking in Spanish (Bad Castilian VS Fast Dominican) to Sara's mother was pretty exhausting though!

Everyone I've spoken to said they had a quiet one, even folks who went to town with the 'trimmings' I'll look out for that movie John Nice pic there, here the leaves are only just turning, but the recent storm thinned them out a lot

Hope everyone is having a good day I managed to get most of my errands done My regular Thai place was full, so I went to a place nearby, but it was disappointing (and very cramped - hence no Waboom)
