Good cold weather meal !

Half stop! On a lamb! That's fantastic! I also like the two-line 'REAL LAMB FOOT KNIFE' etch. That's a beauty.

Thanks !

A kilo of buds sounds like something you could get arrested for having in your possession in a lot of places. 😁

My mom sometimes goes through the names of several family members and some of the dogs we’ve had. 🙄🤣

That looks interesting, Jack.

That looks tasty!

Interesting video, Jack. That same ad campaign today would probably be met with claims that handkerchiefs infringe on people’s freedom to sneeze unimpeded. 🙄😁 Hope you stay well, my friend!

Sounds like you had a great Thanksgiving, Bill! Since you were in Hollywood, did you have a vegan turkey? 😎

I’m currently trying to decide between going to the gym, or eating the last of the leftover scalloped potatoes for lunch. I should probably do the former so I can justify the latter. 😁 Albers again today.

Yeah well the do gooders keep talking about a sugar tax, better keep them concealed or consumed 😆

1 pot meals mate, the wife's favourite request for me to cook. Kristy said to me yesterday when shopping, where's the 1 pot meals? Told her it's BBQ season not 1 pot meal season🙄🙄
🤣 🤣 🤣
Finally got some time to relax last week and get back to “normal busyness” starting today with work. Hope everyone had a good weekend and that your week is off to a good start.

Glad to hear it Jeremy, looks like it's a Blue Monday ;)

Blimey! I'm glad I don't have to pay THAT electricity bill! 🤣

love that one
Thank you sir. I’m quite fond of your blue bone lamb from Willem as well, very nice!
🤣 🤣 🤣

Perhaps so, blue is my favorite color so I’m okay with it. Thanks for the word history, now I’m off to underlonte some unsuspecting chaps. 🤣😉

spicy curry sauce
I've never had fries and spicy curry sauce.... But Im pretty sure I'd put spicy curry sauce on just about anything. Getting me hungry here sir .... Lol. I'm going to my favorite spot tomorrow with Natalie for some Panang curry over rice and fresh spring rolls. Ooo I can't wait.

This picture was over the weekend but I'm still carrying around this knife (and have been often since it came here). I'm really enjoying it. Perfect snap and nice and tight. Coin edge liners with the fileworked spring and blade. Very easy to pinch open. Just a good one. The stag is ok. Looks good enough for me and fits my hand very well.

The watch is a small Waltham that was exported to England and cased in Sterling in 1876. I have a little sub collection of export watches like this and have always found them fascinating.

I think I'm finally getting back to normal after my hospital ordeal. Finally comfortable driving again. I don't know if it was the new meds or whatever was wrong with me but I couldn't drive. The whole thing was very strange.

About a month ago, I was feeling terrible for a good stretch and got a really bad headache one night and don't particularly want to describe what else, but then I couldn't form sentences and was very confused. Numbing and such in my arm. Pains.. Nat took me up the hospital. At first they thought a stroke .. then meningitis or encephalitis... None of the above. After testing me for a million other things and being a bit disoriented in the neurology unit for about two weeks, they called it complicated migraines.

They have me on some kind of old school psych med (and steroids of course) that has proved to work on stuff like this. Hope it keeps working! Maybe it'll fix my crazy too. 🤪

sorry for rambling. It was just an odd experience.

Hope y'all are having a much better time of it!

That was my mom! :D My granddad, on my dad's side, lived into his nineties, but in his latter years, would get names used. Strangely, he would often call me by the name of my youngest cousin, Paul. Bearing in mind, that I was in my mid 30's at the time, and Paul was a youngster, it was difficult to fathom!🤣

It’s become a running joke with my mom. She’s been doing it for years, but thankfully doesn’t show any other signs for concern, cognitively speaking.

My dad’s mom started having a lot of trouble with her memory after undergoing a routine surgery in her late 70s for which they had to put her under anesthesia. I don’t know what exactly happened, but she was never the same after, and eventually had to move into an assisted living facility. She struggled to rememeber who was who. My mom would visit her regularly, and towards the end she would tell her that my dad had just stopped in for a visit, despite the fact that he’d died a few years earlier. 🫤

Best chips in Leeds! :D I was there last week, with Tool Man, and in addition to their regular curry sauce, and Chinese curry sauce, they were advertising 'Irish curry sauce' as a special. We asked about it, and why it was called that. The feller told us, "Well, it's a bit spicier." He seemed to think that was a perfectly reasonable explanation  😖

Ah yes, the Irish are well known for their spicy cuisine, particularly when compared to Indian and Chinese food. 🤣

LOL! :D Surely you didn't go to the gym after eating the rest of the scalloped potatoes Barrett?! 🤣😋;) Your Albers is looking good :)

No, I opted for the gym first, and then got a sandwich after. The potatoes will still be good tomorrow. 🙂

Glad to hear it Jeremy, looks like it's a Blue Monday ;)

Scary stuff, Rick. Glad you’re doing better, hope it stays that way!

Nice Lambsfoot pic.

Well that's a strange coincidence since just the other day I asked someone to please don't "underlonte" me for using my "vigsy" to carve out my "randle-balk". :)

Great shot of your Albers, Neal.
