Good evening Guardians, hope everyone is doing well. Coming up to 7pm here, and I've had a long day out with no internet signal. I badly turned my ankle, and am currently sat in the kitchen with a bag of frozen peas on it 
I did see a few signs of civilization extending as far south as Matlock!

Thanks Steve, not broken thankfully, but my foot is hurting too. I've just had a hot bath, rubbed in some comfrey oil, and have my foot up on the arm of the sofa
