Jack, you'd barely recognize that little kid now with a full beard. And it is simply amazing how enjoyable good alcohol can be.

Went rock hunting with the family today. Saw a cool tank, and found some nice rocks. Not sure what they are but they caught our eye. Had my snakewood Albers with me.

Good evening, Guardians. My clock is a little out of whack with the shift change at work. Got the Albers today. Honed it up on the strop with some Gunny Juice applied. Hope everyone had a great day.

Thanks buddy, falling asleep on the sofa wasn't so good, as I had a rotten night's sleep I'm afraid. Not much chance of taking it easy today either. Toothache is back, but hopefully a couple of strong Ibuprofen will take the edge off it

Working nights has its privileges. Nice bowl of fine Virginia baccy. I chooched it down fast. It’s a little chilly out there .

Hate to hear it, Jack. 800mg ibuprofen or “white skittles” (what grunts call them) is pretty effective. I keep a stash around just in case I get a flair up with the back. I feel for you, Jack. Dental pain is the worst pain. I pray you get some relief.

I only have a couple bowl fulls left of the Germaine’s that I told you about. I keep that stuff locked deep in my secret stash spot . I was smoking run of the mill American stuff today. England mastered two things that I love knives and pipe tobacco.

Thanks mate, 400mg is the strongest I can get without prescription, but I do have some stronger painkillers if needed (which I also keep for my back). I'm grateful for your concern Paul, it's not fun, but it's not the worst toothache I've had. I hope it doesn't get any worse

Good morning Guardians. It's going to be a real nice day here in Southern Coastal NC. This is why I retired here in the Cape Fear area - warm in the winter! Well, most of the time anyway. Super Bowl Sunday and we will be attending a great party at my friend Frank Milano's home just around the block a ways. Going to have my Blue Rope LF knife in the pocket (in the slip).
