Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good Monday to you Guardians. I’m feeling good so I grabbed my fancy lamb. I’m back at home after having a colonoscopy this morning. This time I asked again to be conscious throughout the procedure. I enjoy watching on the monitor what they do. Maybe it’s taking the maxim “know thyself” a bit far but it’s pretty cool. Glad it’s over until next time. I’d share some pictures but I don’t think they’re worthy of increasing my limit here. 😀.

Don't they have TV where you live Kurt?! :D Glad you're OK buddy, that's one heck of a sweet Lamb

Nice boots Jack and thank you !
Thanks Steve, I have 4 pairs of boots from that company, and every one is sized differently! ;)
It would be great if you guys could go!
😎👍
You have a great time my friend :)
Those look like some substantial hiking boots Jack. The ebony goes well with them
Thanks Bob, they're pretty lightweight :) I have several pairs of Everest-grade mountaineering boots, and a whole bunch of good, solid mountaineering boots, but they're too stiff for me these days, and I certainly don't need them. It's about 10 years since I last wore crampons
That amp is made in Long Island and reasonably priced. It really makes headphones sing with a beautiful warm sound.
This for an analytical sound.

Knife content...
Some beautiful, warm wood covers too! :D
Many mighty lambs roaming about these pages today!

Nice line-up Jeff :)
Nice boots and Lamb 🐑
Thank you David :)

A beautiful specimen beautifully shot! 😍

It really is a very cool pic! 😎

I've been thinking about Jane Garmey's Beef Guinness (stew) recipe in Great British Cooking. Maybe for Easter.

I grabbed a Space Lamb this morning, too - what are the odds of that?! Anyways, I took this pic for another thread, but some judicious blurring later and I think it's suitable for display here!

The backdrop is the NASA Graphic Standards Manual - an interesting perspective on the US government's approach to branding... for people who find that sort of thing interesting - no? Just me, then? Well, ok! 🤣

Carry on, Guardians!

Good day Guardians. Just a few more days.
😎👍

I'm certainly looking forward to the show, but more importantly, to seeing some great friends!!!
Several Guardians will be there, and I hope some others will show up as well.

Enclosed is an early post WWII wood handled Wostenholm model with a light blade etch that reads "Real Lamb Foot Knife".
Steve has a nice two-blade version of this knife.

It probably takes a unique type of person to explore those places. 🤠
Yeah, I reckon, all the British ones went to the same school, run by Jesuit monks! They tend to be crazy, but introverted! :D
Well that will keep you on your toes ! 😂
Just a bit! :D Mind you, it's the same with Merrells and Salamons lately, ever pair fits differently to the next  I have a bunch that are too tight for me 😖

Thanks buddy, just on a wall down the street :)

Wow, great find  I think these knives are fascinating, I wonder what the production run was? Oh, you've come to the right place! 🤣

I always LOVE seeing this Rembrandt of a lamb Kurt! 👍👍👍

Jack you've given me my next mystery to ponder. 🤔 🤠
LOL! :D I'd say that Sir Ranulph Fiennes may be the nuttiest of all! :D The British Antarctic Survey deliberately look for bland, introverted, quiet characters who can work in close proximity to others, for months at a time, without causing friction, (a friend of mine was excluded because he occasionally whistled), so it always makes me laugh when sci-fi movie space crews are composed of a bunch of crazy alcoholics and nut-cases! 🤣 I guess reality would be less interesting :D
My youngest keeping me company at the work desk.

Cool cap Dwight, incredible Lambsfoot, and what an amazing pic  :)
Evening all,
Getting tomorrow's carry ready

That looks very well-maintained Mitch :)

Good morning Guardians, hope everyone is doing well :) I've got a big dollop of work this week, so I better crack on with it  Have a good day everyone
