Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Getting to posting late. Busy shift tonight. My day comprised off sleep, soccer game, track meet, and now on the job. Green lamb is keeping me company tonight.

Thanks Jack, nice to hear from you. And hi to everyone, I've been on hiatus for a while. %^)
Hope you're keeping well Barry, it's good to see you back, and you seem to have been busy my friend. I see you've posted your Rhidian elsewhere if any posters here want to comment. Would you mind editing your post in this thread please? Thanks 👍

Afternoon all
Clean as a whistle! 😁👍

This afternoon when I came back up from putting the bins out, rainbow over the house, didn't find a pot of gold😪
Are you sure you looked everywhere Mitch? ;) :D
Kristy said I had to make pizza, while she did homework (book work for the shop)😁

So a couple of these.

Pizza done.

That pizza looks great mate :)
Better hurry or it'll be gone. 🤣 Hope you have a good day at the market Jack.
Yes David, he moves surprisingly fast for a fat, lazy, slob!🤣

I've been taking my blood pressure the past few days, and seeing some sign for concern, I thought I'd show my results to Tool Man. That was a waste of time, he couldn't even be bothered to look 😠 Particularly as he was on his THIRD breakfast by then

Having wolfed down the Full English, Tool Man lumbered off to buy some cakes...

Not long after, Carpark Dave dropped off a plateful of his wife's homemade cakes and cookies, and Shirley handed over some Cheese Twists. This odd character has recently been providing Tool Man with weekly gifts of his homemade jam...

The cool weather took everyone by surprise today, and I regretted swapping wool for cotton flannel  Thankfully, I missed the worst of the rain, which started when I was on my way home, and is still bouncing down outside :( Hope everyone is having a good day

Thanks for the market report, Jack. Sorry to hear about the blood pressure problems (I don't know how to interpret those numbers).
As for Tool Man, how can any one eat so much? Maybe he fasts when he's not around you.

Thanks Vince, my blood pressure has always been relatively low, so the recent results have come as a bit of a shock :( I don't know how he gets through it all! I couldn't eat a fraction of what I could when I was young, but Tool Man's appetite seems undiminished. He had several rounds of toast and jam, 2 sandwiches, and that fried breakfast before 9.30am. From what he tells me, he eats a lot all the time, particularly at weekends
Good morning Guardians !

I*XL today

That's a stunner Steve  Is that a 'Clean & Square' joint?
Those numbers are indeed cause for concern!
Thanks Dan, I'm going to turn off my PC shortly, have a restful evening, and if the stasts aren't any better tomorrow, I'll go into the docs. I HAVE ben under a lot of stress these past 6 months I'm afraid :(

Enjoyed the market report. Sorry your BP is up. Hopefully it won't stay up. I have a friend who is around 6' 2' skinny as a rail and can eat way more than any human I've ever encountered or heard about. I'd like to see him and Tool Man have an eating contest. 😁 it's cloudy and cool today. Have a doctor's appointment here in a bit.
Good morning Guardians !

Jack, I’ve struggled with high blood pressure for many years. I finally have it under control. I take one 10mg of Lisinopril a day. Now my BP is stable. Just took mine and it was 104/60. The Systolic number is the one that you want to keep an eye on. Yours appears to be high. As my brother who’s a board certified ER doc says you can feel normal but high BP is the, “Silent killer”. Take care 👍.
