I hope everyone is having a great day I only found out, around 5pm, that it's actually a holiday weekend here! Around 2pm, Matt invited me round to watch a movie. I called in at Charlie's for a coffee, and Anna presented me with some of her homemade tiramisu, which was absolutely heavenly! I picked up some samasos, and some decent wine on the way round, and we had fun watching the worst movie I have seen in a very long time! I was about to set off back home, around 6pm, and glanced out of the window, to see it was absolutely bouncing it down outside! I sure am glad I waited 10 minutes, otherwise I'd have been soaked!

Actually Jack, I do not carry my knives when I walk because I usually wear gym shorts and. either my knives just flop around in the pockets. (very uncomfortable) or there aren't any pockets (depending on which shorts I wear). Plus when I perspire the sweat/moisture plays heck with my knife. I walk at a very brisk pace - sometimes I jog. So when ever I walk I go knifeless.

Going over to my brothers for a lunchtime barbeque. Hopefully the weather will cooperate. It's lightly raining at the moment and they're calling for intermittent thundershowers for the afternoon.

Good morning Guardians. Got up this morning in a bit of a funk. I sleep well enough but I just could not get myself going. Went for a more leisurely walk and came home still feeling sluggish. Finally perked up. Don't know what in the world was going on but right now I am packed with power and planning on going outside for some yard work. Got my HHB with me and ready for action.

I know the feeling Bill. After watching the news, I forced myself to cut the lawn. Now ready for the day!

Thanks Steve, I'm not sure what they sell over the counter here, but docs are very down on sleeping tablets here these days. A while back, the guy who makes my coffee in the market, recommended something herbal, but I forget the name. I'm hoping the doc can adjust my blood pressure medication, as I think that's the cause
