Stopped in today for a couple beers at what has always been one of my favorite St. Louis breweries, Schlafly. We went to their Bottleworks location (as it’s closest to my brother’s place), which I hadn’t been to before. I have to admit that I was a bit underwhelmed compared to their downtown Tap Room, but the beer was still great, the food was good and we had a nice time.

Sounds like a great afternoon Barrett, the pints look small, but the beer looks good! I thought of you last night, when I randomly came across this, and thought you might find it interesting It was probably in my algorithm because I had watched the second video the previous day (there's a Tool Man sandwich in there!).

I felt like a 5 year old at Christmas. I see friendships and interests in knives shared on the porch all the time and it brings a good feeling to my soul.
Yet, when it happened to me this time, I was floored. Jack seems to know my likes and interests very well.
Hence, he sent me these two fine gifts.


They both have stories behind them which makes them treasures to me.

Thanks Bill, you just reminded me to go and have a rinse with saltwater! Our Cake Man, on the market, was telling me about another trader, who has just had a heart attack due to a tooth infection!

Thank you Jack. I had a great round yesterday. Yes, tooth infections are no joke. The bacteria can cause all sorts of heart problems. The infection easily gets into the blood stream. Take care and recover soon.
