Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Pete, that's a great example of snakewood.πŸπŸ‘πŸ»
Thank you Bob!
πŸ˜ƒ
It's getting hot here in Kalifornia too, But at least it's a much drier heat than y'all get.
Stay hydrated John!
There's a lot to be admired there Pete, I'm glad you've found some shade :)
Thank you Jack. Shade is a must. lol
Yeah, more sophisticated painkillers, but the rest of it probably hasn't changed much! Nice shots of Rose Beast Jer

Awwww :)

Nice pick me up brother :) ;)

Cutlers don't have time to be naming things! :D ;)

No holiday here! :rolleyes:πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ:D Happy Double Lambsfoot Day Mitch :)

That looks like a nice place to eat mate  I'm reckon I'm due some pizza, when my mouth heals :D

Good morning Guardians, mouth feels like I've been chewing broken glass! Soft food for a couple of days 😭 It rained hard all night, but doesn't look too bad now. Don't think I'll be going out though, in case I get mistaken for The Elephant Man! No shortage of things to do indoors anyway  Got some salt gargling on the menu today! πŸ˜– I hope your week gets off to a good start Guardians :) Carrying this special Lamb today ❀️:)

I hope your healing up quickly. πŸ€žπŸ‘πŸ»

Fantastic shot John :)
Thank you, Jack. :)
I told him to go out and get some better quality tools for me to photograph! :D
Now that's funny. 🀣
My granddad was a wire-weaver. I've still got his union badge
Super cool, I love hearing about the old jobs/trades that don't really exist any more.
My grandpa worked for the Fruit Growers Association in one of their lumber mills. They made crates for shipping fruit on the rail lines.
All three great pictures of some fine Lambs !
Thank you, Steve. :)

Great photo of your lamb John.😎
Thank you, Bob. :)

Thanks Steve :)
Been burning the candle at both ends for a bit now, and that will continue for at least the next three weeks at least. This Ringed Gidgee Albers has been a faithful companion through it all. Hope everyone is doing well.

It sounds like you need a rest Jeremy :) I sure hope your forthcoming travels aren't too stressful. We have an election coming, so Parliament has been dissolved, and we are ungoverned! Usually nobody notices! That's a fine knife/slip combo :)
Thank you Jack. Shade is a must. lol

I bet it is Pete! Thanks mate, hopefully going OK :)

I know where that vice in my photo originated from, and it certainly wasn't Sheffield  :D

Me too, and often folks kept the same trade all their lives :) I remember the wire-weavers were still an independent union until about 30 years ago, I remember seeing their small office near the museum where Stan Shaw used to work. Back in the 19th century, some of the early cutlery wheels ended up as wire-mills due to the demand for wire for crinoline dresses! :D Some of the old boys who come to the tool stall have had interesting trades, Barry The Original Ted was originally a cooper, while Old Brian was a steam train driver at one time

I have a few things to get ready for tomorrow, and then I think I might open a bottle of wine ;) Got my Charlie Lamb picked out for tomorrow ❀️ I might have to blow the dust off a DVD, as my internet is bumping along worse than Alfonso Veady in The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly

Thanks Steve :)

Thanks Jack, that likely won’t come until after the first weekend in July. Hopefully the travel will go smoothly.

Beautiful Charlie lamb by the way.

Sounds like a great afternoon Barrett, the pints look small, but the beer looks good! :D

Thanks, Jack. I believe those were 16 oz pints, which is standard here (and, unfortunately, 20% less beer than your pints over there). They do make some great beers. Last night I had a hazy pale ale and their export stout. I think my brother and I might try to sneak off for a couple early afternoon pints at Schalfly’s Tap Room downtown tomorrow or Friday. They have some different beers on tap there, too.

I thought of you last night, when I randomly came across this, and thought you might find it interesting ;) It was probably in my algorithm because I had watched the second video the previous day (there's a Tool Man sandwich in there!). :D

Interesting video, Jack. I still contend that Tool Man should have his own YouTube channel. 😁

Light on work sounds good Jack. We’ve been hitting it pretty hard around here the last several days. Lots of projects to complete before the 4th…which of course is still weeks away, but I have to pace myself! 🀣

Good morning Guardians, starting my day with CB.

Great shot of your HHB, Todd!

I hope you get to enjoy the 4th at least buddy :) I've been lucky, and never had a single problem with air travel. It's just within Britain transport is a nightmare! πŸ˜– Thankyou my friend :)

I was only kidding with you Barrett ;) :D I'm glad you're getting to drink some great beers with your brother buddy :)

LOL! :D Someone else would have to do it, since he doesn't do the right click! πŸ˜–πŸ™„πŸ€£

I see you found a grand way to end the day Jack.πŸ‘Œ
Yes indeed! :D 🍷
Heading to get an oil change and tire rotation on the car. Got about a 1600 mile trip starting on Sunday. Carrying the K roo today.

Good idea Paul, that's a long trip  Gorgeous K'roo, and a handsome wallet :) I think I might still have one of these patches left over from 2020 (the others went into a giveaway) ;)
