Sorry folks! :D I've had an ODD day! :rolleyes: I got a call for first thing, asking me to help out with a work emergency, and then, on my way to the market, I received a text calling me into the dental hospital, which meant I had to cut my visit to the market short. I figured I was being called in for a routine check-up to see how my mouth was healing, but I had to wait a couple of hours. Then, it transpired there had been a mix-up, I was actually there to have two teeth extracted - the two teeth I had extracted 2 weeks ago! :eek: When the mistake came to light, I ended up having to wait to see someone to do the post-op check-up! :rolleyes: By the time I was finished at the hospital, not only did I not have time to go back to the market, but I needed to get home, and get cleaned-up, and changed, for a social event I was going to this evening! It's after 11pm now, and I only got back home 10 minutes ago. I have 2 or 3 pics from the market, I think, but they'll have to wait until tomorrow now, as I am beat! 😴 I do hope everyone has had a good day :) :thumbsup:

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone has had a good week :) I slept like a log last night! 😴 😀 I just had a look at the 3 or 4 pics I took in the market yesterday, and they are junk I'm afraid :( I had a couple of hours there, before I went to the dental hospital, but it was a strange morning, as for some reason, the market was eerily quiet. We couldn't figure out what was going on. Tool Man didn't take a penny while I was there, and the only regulars who turned up were Gravel, and Barry. Gravel has fallen into the role of Tool Man's main feeder, so I doubt he'll be able to afford to get down much longer, probably end up losing his house! :eek: :D I hadn't had time for breakfast before going down, so had a slice of Yorkshire parkin with my coffee. Tool Man had already eaten THREE breakfasts, and then greedily scoffed a triple portion of mushroom bhajis, along with 2 pots of yoghurt sauce (raita), while complaining to the benevolent Gravel about the fact there weren't THREE pots of sauce! :rolleyes: I had hoped to get back to the market after going to the hospital, but there wasn't time in the end :( Today, I have some boring paperwork to do, and some equally boring housework, but then I'll be going out early evening for Wolfie's boxing. Hopefully, he'll be on mid-card this time. Got my Waboom K'roo in my pocket! :) Have a great day Guardians :thumbsup:
