Had a great time - thx Jack. Weather was gorgeous and the golf was fun. The beer afterwards was refreshing and maybe the best part of the day....but wait...going for a Rusty Nail drink later on this evening with a gathering of friends where we solve the world's problems!Great working pair David![]()
Thanks Pete![]()

It turned out that Tool Man had to leave at lunchtime, so I was glad of the excuse not to have to listen to Boring Ray!

Well, weβre still in the thick of unpacking boxes from our move, but all the furniture is in its right place and itβs starting to feel more home-like by the day. A big plus of this new place is it has some real nice south facing windows opening into a shaded back yard. Adds up to a great setting for windowsill knife pics!

Your posts are a treat Will, fantastic prose and picI'm afraid the climate in my location has become inhospitable to human (and lamb) lives. This morning, I opened the front door and visible water vapor (not fog, mind you - closer to steam) began forming right there in the doorway! I stepped outside and after a few moments, I had this horrific mental picture of my body and the outside environment being so closely aligned in terms of temperature and moisture content that I simply began dissolving into the atmosphere!
Rain or shine, dad's kitty needs to eat - and there's only one lamb I could, in good conscience, take out in weather that can only be described as... well... maybe there are a few words for it but none of them suitable for a family-friendly lambfoot discussion! Torrential - there you go. Accurate and child-safe!
Bex, stainless, solid, easy to pinch open (even when wet) - and no nail-breaker! As predicted, when the weather sours, this lamb smiles all the sweeter!

Stunning Lamb Steve
An old poster here -Hope your Thursday is going good. The kudu covers on this one are so different itβs like having two knives. Pretty good deal. The other side is almost purple.
