Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

It seems you have had a full day Jack.
It's been pretty nice Bob πŸ™‚ Even the hour of work before I went to meet Wolfie didn't spoil it! πŸ˜πŸ‘
Thanks Jack, they are riverbed rocks from near my cabin in the Adirondack Mountains. My wife just had to have them.🫀
They're very nice πŸ™‚ Did you have to carry them Bob?! πŸ˜–πŸ˜πŸ‘
I can remember what I had for breakfast, beyond that it's a blur.πŸ˜‚
I know the feeling! πŸ˜πŸ˜‰πŸ‘
Reading all the great nicknames of your acquaintances reminds me of a lawyer I worked with many years ago that was nicknamed, "Robert don't call me Bob".
πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ‘
Thanks, Bob. I’ve never been a big fan of sauerkraut, so I usually have my Reuben kraut-less. πŸ™‚
I had it, for the first time, in Austria, about 20 years back, and thought it was OK. Had it once here, and it was disgusting! 😝
Lots of good stuff there Jack! πŸ˜‹
Thanks mate, you've been a big inspiration! 😊 That Whisky Smoked Ghost is pretty good, but it was about £20 a bottle 😱
Nice Lambsfoot group pics. That very last one doesn’t have too many more sharpenings left in it. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜
No, there seem to be lots of Lambsfoot knives carried long past the time other knives were tossed out πŸ‘
Sorry to hear about the greengrocers, Jack. 🫀 Fresh fruit and veg seems like the kind of thing the gentrifying types usually like to keep around. Maybe it wasn’t expensive enough. πŸ™„
It's a shame, as the produce was good quality, and they stocked a few unusual items 😟 Probably need to make way for ANOTHER vegan candle stall 🀨
Glad you got a bit of market time in with some of the regulars. Probably more relaxing to enjoy a bit of cake without Tool Man there, too. 😁 I can’t blame you on the boxing, doesn’t sound like a whole lot of fun.

Great pic of your Albers!
Thanks pal, yes it was definitely less of a scramble! 😁 No, the boxing is ok, but overall, I haven't enjoyed the events, and for the cost of the tickets, I can go to the movies half a dozen times πŸ‘
Off the rocking chair and back inside and on the recliner. I hope the coppers don’t check that ammo tin for prints Jack. They’ll see the smudges of cake and spam and trace it right back to the Tool Man.
LOL! I gave one of those cans to Matt's lad Cillian, and when Matt first sent me the pics, I did say that I hoped he hadn't left his packed lunch at the bus-stop! 😱😁
Here’s a pic of the Albers lambs I have. Fine knives for cutting and pondering.

Very nice β™₯️ I have just been pondering the pull strengths. I do prefer the one on the GL-24 πŸ™‚πŸ‘

This picture calls......have a seat and ponder the past.

Nice one Bob !

I managed to drop this pic earlier  That's straight and to the point, like your Lambsfoot Gary ;)

Good grief Jer, you sound like Bob Cratchit! I hope you are waiting much longer mate  Nice pic of Rose Beast

Two great pics Bob, I'm liking your new background brother

You can remember the past?! :D ;)

I wish I had a porch Kurt, and a rocking chair! ;)

It looks good Pat :)

I haven't done a great deal, but I have had quite a nice day here :) I went into town, and met Wolfie for a coffee. He had just been training. He has a fight tomorrow, but I'm giving this one a miss. I like to support him, but I don't really enjoy the boxing nights, the venue is terrible, there are long queues for the bar, the beer is bad, and ridiculously overpriced, there are screaming kids running all over the place, if you pay extra for a table, there are so many seats round it, you can barely sit down, and the seats aren't comfortable. Worst of all, from the moment the doors open, there is some idiot DJ, playing terrible 'music' nobody wants to hear, at an ear-splitting volume. The organiser might be a good boxing trainer, but he absolutely stinks as a promoter, and I've had enough of it 🀨 I walked down to the market with Wolfie, and then headed down to the stall. Fortunately, Gravel, Slimline Scott, Old Brian, and Barry The Original Ted were there, to act as a buffer for Boring Ray, so I had an hour with them, and went to see Nobber Al, Golden Gordon, and The Golden Girls. I'm sure normal service will be resumed next week ;) My Albers Lamb got to cut some nice ginger cake Old Brian brought with him πŸ˜‹ The weather has been very pleasant again, so I called in at Charlie's on my way home, and then walked back slowly, stopping to chat to a few neighbours along the way :) I hope everyone else is having a good day

Great picture Jack !

Morning Guardians

Nice pic of your GL !

Another gloomy day here!

Fortunately, the water level was low at the time, and I was younger.πŸ˜ƒ
That's good news! :D
I find Eric has a proper understanding of pull strength. I don't need a mouse trap anymore.
I am kind of boring when it comes to condiments. Ketchup, mayo and dijon mustard being the staples with some Frank's Red Hot or Cholupa thrown in once in a while. One I am especially fond of is my own rhubarb relish, good on any meat and especially good on eggs.

Very interesting Dan, looks tasty :) I have just had a stir-fry, making use of some spicy hoi-sin, tamari, and chilli crunch πŸ˜‹
Great picture Jack !
Thank you Steve, you're very kind, I've just been using my phone the past few days
Good morning Guardians

A stunning example Steve

Another great tale, well told! 😁 And superb pics 😊 Did you actually taste the mint jelly? πŸ˜πŸ‘
Nice post, Will, and bonus points for posting a condiment that has probably never made an appearance in this thread before. 😁 (Unfortunately, the bonus points aren’t actually worth anything.) πŸ˜‰

Thanks Jack and Barrett, 🀣

Jack - Just waiting on some roast lamb! Truth be told, ever since pat9198 pat9198 shared his secret family recipe for sardines and mint jelly I've just been working up the nerve to try it.... 😬

Barrett - Though perhaps of no value, they sound like the perfect accompaniment to a certain sweet n' fishy snack. πŸ˜‹

You and Pat are fearless my friend! :D Mint sauce is still widely available here, though I never cared for it. Londoners traditionally eat something similar, which they call 'liquor' (traditionally, it is made with parsley, rather than mint), with meat pie and mashed potatoes  Cool pic there :)

Afternoon Guardians! Ethan today.

Ethan's looking good! :)

gracias amigo
Cool pic Dwight 😎 My pal Matt sent me a couple of pics last weekend. They had closed the road a mile up the road because of a suspicious item, which turned out to be a 'fly-tipped' bag of rubbish, and strangely, one of the 'ammo cans' Tool Man has been selling recently! 😱 I can account for all 3 of mine!
LOL! 🀣
Another fine foto Dwight. Is that crack stabalized?
Thanks Bob. It's been there as long as I've had it. Doesn't seem to be getting any worse. :)
Good morning Guardians, it seems strange missing the market again. I might pass through later, but I can only manage 5 minutes with Boring Ray! :D I went to buy some veg the other day, and the stall I was looking for had closed down! It must have been there 50 years, if not twice that :( Missing the market today gives me a bit more time though, and I have no shortage of jobs to do  I hope everyone is having a good week

Beautiful image Jack of that marble quality burl.
