I spent most of the night in ER, and got a note excusing me from work today. As near as I can understand it, my a-fib has morphed, but I wasn't having a heart attack. I need to pick up a new drug today for the vertigo, and message the electrophysiologist about another drug I thought I didn't need when he mentioned it last time.

Yeah, but I got the day off work and went shopping: new slippers to replace the worn out ones that stepped in who knows what in and around the ER, and a shaker cup with an agitator ball for my whey protein, added up to a pretty big grocery bill. The slippers are big enough, which isn't easy to find.

My last unused LF pic till my camera batteries are recharged:
