Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Bob that seafood looked good. I have a hankering for some Jack In The Box tacos. Calling them tacos though is debatable. But after my weekly trip to Trader Joeโ€™s today Iโ€™m going to throw any health concerns out the window get some โ€œtacosโ€ and I might as get some curly fries too. This is my second cup of coffee so Iโ€™m all caffeinated up. I am hearing a little โ€œBorn To Be Wildโ€ in my brains soundtrack. I feel I should be in motorcycle club at the moment but a lambsfoot wielding guardian will suffice. I donโ€™t have a motorcycle but I have a cool Schwinn.

Good day Guardians, this rope knife is more like an XL ram than a lamb, but it's the closest I have right now! I've really enjoyed reading posts here but haven't participated, since I sold off my Rodgers lamb a couple years ago. Luckily I have something in the mail from Ebay, but it may take a couple weeks to get from Canada to here in Pennsylvania, so hope to chime in more soon!

This seems like an encouraging group and the posts are actually calming to read, which is rare on the internet. Thanks for making it so!

Steve

Welcome , please read the first post of the thread https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/guardians-of-the-lambsfoot.1406735/

Pictures of Lambsfoot knives only in this thread as per Jack's wishes. It's a nice old knife but not a Lambsfoot so Jack will likely ask you to remove it.

Morning Guardians! Sunny and cold. Hope y'all have a good day. I don't plan on wandering to far from the fire today. Blue Lamb is my helper.

Good afternoon Guardians !

Sunny and cold here as well. Not as bad as yesterday when we had snow squalls and gusts of 60mph with a wind chill in the single digits ๐Ÿฅถ

Rodgers Lamb today ๐Ÿ‘

Wow. I had just ordered when an alarm went off on my phone. I thought my doctor somehow caught me. But it was a tsunami warning. Big earthquake on the Humboldt coast. I hope everybody up there is ok.

Hope all goes well! ๐Ÿ‘

My paternal grandfather was a big fan of tonsillectomies, and probably had me in mind for one when he told me a story about my favourite uncle. While at Grammar school, he started getting into trouble, and not doing his homework, etc. It got to the point where my granddad had to go in to speak to the headmaster, who told him that my Uncle Alec was an inch away from being expelled. However, just as my granddad was leaving, the headmaster called him back. "Just a minute Mr Black, can I ask if your boy has had his tonsils out? No? Well, that explains it! I had some problems a few years ago with my own son. We whipped him into hospital, had his tonsils removed, and sure enough, it solved the problem completely, and he was as good as gold after that." Poor lad was probably terrified about what would be removed next, but my Uncle Alec was whipped into hospital, and despite all long-term evidence to the contrary, my grandfather was convinced his behaviour had been transformed! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿคฃ

I better! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘

Good luck mate ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘
It may not be as silly as you think...maybe.

The specialist said that kids who need tonsils out can have behavioural issues. Not because of the tonsils themselves, but because it can prevent them from getting enough deep cycle sleep. They end up perpetually overtired and can have mood imbalances.

That was one of our concerns about Charlie, he snores and apneas quite a bit at night. He's not a trouble child or anything but it could be part of the reason he's so nuts! I do kinda like that about him though, he's a bunch of fun.
