Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

It may not be as silly as you think...maybe.

The specialist said that kids who need tonsils out can have behavioural issues. Not because of the tonsils themselves, but because it can prevent them from getting enough deep cycle sleep. They end up perpetually overtired and can have mood imbalances.

That was one of our concerns about Charlie, he snores and apneas quite a bit at night. He's not a trouble child or anything but it could be part of the reason he's so nuts! I do kinda like that about him though, he's a bunch of fun.

Could be said of any illness or injury & question vested interest.
Then again I'm cynical.

Great lamb.

How was the Bacon sandwich ?
The bacon was actually a bit overcooked, and quite hard Steve. I really enjoyed the bacon I had with my pancakes at that same place on Sunday, but not sure what happened there  At least I haven't lost anymore teeth! :D
Good day Guardians, this rope knife is more like an XL ram than a lamb, but it's the closest I have right now! I've really enjoyed reading posts here but haven't participated, since I sold off my Rodgers lamb a couple years ago. Luckily I have something in the mail from Ebay, but it may take a couple weeks to get from Canada to here in Pennsylvania, so hope to chime in more soon!

This seems like an encouraging group and the posts are actually calming to read, which is rare on the internet. Thanks for making it so!

Thanks for removing your photo Steve  Looking forward to seeing your new acquisition, when it arrives
Morning Guardians! Sunny and cold. Hope y'all have a good day. I don't plan on wandering to far from the fire today. Blue Lamb is my helper.

Stay warm Steve, that's a nice-looking Lamb :)
Taken from the restaurant window. Nothing like fresh from the sea.

I look forward to seeing your new lamb. Stick around it’s a friendly group here.

Bob that seafood looked good. I have a hankering for some Jack In The Box tacos. Calling them tacos though is debatable. But after my weekly trip to Trader Joe’s today I’m going to throw any health concerns out the window get some “tacos” and I might as get some curly fries too. This is my second cup of coffee so I’m all caffeinated up. I am hearing a little “Born To Be Wild” in my brains soundtrack. I feel I should be in motorcycle club at the moment but a lambsfoot wielding guardian will suffice. I don’t have a motorcycle but I have a cool Schwinn.

I feel the coffee Kurt :D Stunning Lamb there my friend :)
Welcome , please read the first post of the thread https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/guardians-of-the-lambsfoot.1406735/

Pictures of Lambsfoot knives only in this thread as per Jack's wishes. It's a nice old knife but not a Lambsfoot so Jack will likely ask you to remove it.
Thank you Steve, your help is greatly appreciated
Good afternoon Guardians !

Sunny and cold here as well. Not as bad as yesterday when we had snow squalls and gusts of 60mph with a wind chill in the single digits 🥶

Rodgers Lamb today 👍

Yikes! 🥶 Stay warm with that vintage beauty Steve
Cold Today

Hope that'll keep your hands warm buddy
Wow. I had just ordered when an alarm went off on my phone. I thought my doctor somehow caught me.
🤣
But it was a tsunami warning. Big earthquake on the Humboldt coast. I hope everybody up there is ok.
I sure hope so
That looks delicious, great pic 😋👍
It doesn't work I had mine out as a kid😈
LOL! :D It didn't work for my uncle either, he punched an officer in the Navy!
Lovely shot Steve  :)
Fine pic Mitch :)

That's very interesting Jack, I hope Charlie is OK :) Nice choice of Lamb my friend

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is OK. My insanely busy schedule continues, but last night I managed to get out of an online meeting, to meet up with my old friend Ajay, and her partner Jim, who had kindly brought me a bottle of malt down from Scotland, where they live. Ajay was addressing some students at the university, and was typically vague and drippy about a time and place for meeting up, which didn't make it easier for me rescheduling. When I got to town, it was absolutely bucketing it down, and I didn't want to hang around getting soaked, so went into a pub and got a pint. She doesn't own a mobile phone, but sometimes uses Jim's. I suggested meeting at a Vietnamese restaurant near the university, but she wanted to go to the same tired Thai place she always insists on going to. The rain was really heavy, and I gave her strict instructions to get a taxi, and a link to a local firm. Instead they turned up 30 minutes later, and absolutely drenched, as Ajay had insisted on walking! 😖 Despite wearing a long Barbour jacket, she was soaked to the skin, as I imagine was poor Jim, but he didn't spend the rest of the night moaning about it, unlike Ajay! We went for another pint after, though we were not able to find the roaring log fire Ajay was demanding, nor get the bizarre drink she requested. Between moans, she did tell me she'd won a litreature prize for her last novel, set in Leeds :) Nice to see old friends once in a while ;) I'm working from home today, but no less busy I'm afraid, so I better get to it. Have a good Friday Guardians

I definitely need some Waboom!

Thanks Jack. I only venture here in the winter. During the other seasons, visitors overwhelm the place.

Jack, once you battled the weather, I hope you had an interesting evening.
It seems the waboom is aging well.

rest of the night moaning about it, unlike Ajay!
I remember her now. I wanted to like her writing, but didn't. It was the tone of the story rather than the quality of the writing, as I recall.
But I have to respect her success.

That's a gorgeous knife there Jack 😍
Thank you very much kind sir 😊 Made by K'roo, and a kind gift from Bob Rufus1949 Rufus1949 👍
Haha sounds like an interesting day, what’s the title of her novel?

Beautiful lamb, what are the covers?
Yeah, for sure! 😁 I forget what the novel is called, I helped her with Leeds locations and contacts, as it's set here. She's written quite a few. She has a website somewhere - Ajay Close 👍

Thanks for the kind words, the covers are Waboom wood 👍
Thanks Jack. I only venture here in the winter. During the other seasons, visitors overwhelm the place.
Yes, you've said in the past mate, enjoy it while it lasts 😉👍
Jack, once you battled the weather, I hope you had an interesting evening.

Thanks Bob, I always tell Ajay that I am reluctant to take her to places I genuinely like, as I may want to go back! 🙄🤣👍
A big thanks to Jack@Hatchet_Jack for this one.View attachment 2728225

Well, I don't think literary prizes buy meat and potatoes 😉 She seems to specialise in Historical Chic-Lit! 😁 Not really my cup of tea either, but I did tell her that I thought the last one was "better than the other crap!" 🤣
Thanks buddy, it's to warm up for the weekend 👍
I hope you enjoy it Steve 😊👍
I hope Waboom gives you the energy you need ! 😉👍
Thanks pal, I got through it. Just an 8 hour day today, but it was solid 🥱👍
Good day guardians !
