Not good news
Thanks mate, main injury was to my lower back from all that sitting around I thinkI skipped over this because there was no knife pic.
Sorry to hear, but glad they let you out after nine hours instead of whacking you open on the spot.

I'm still trying to get over the idea that being a heart patient makes me an urgent case. I know my cardiologist has read my monitor report, but that's all I've heard from him, so apparently nothing serious.
Thanks Mike, it was certainly a pain in the butt!Jack Black What a horrible way to spend the day. Not to mention scary
I don't much about angina, but gather its treatable?
Glad you're more or less ok![]()
Thanks Mitch, that's good advice
Don't worry about me Jer, there are plenty of folks here with greater woes than I haveThanks.
Nothing serious unless they've misplaced my file, or there's nothing to be done so they don't want to worry me in my last few days!
Not to steal Jack's thunder.
May all your tests be routine and negative, Jack!
LOL!As long as the doctor does not tell you " don't fill your gas tank" hang in there.
I'm a walking chemistry experiment for my doc.
Thanks Tyson, I'm a bit tired, but nothing serious thankfullyThat's a terrible day, Jack! Hope you're feeling better soon!
Sacramento and Leeds are both in the Northern Hemisphere, but I think we're about 15 degrees south of you, if I recall correctly. That'll make a difference.
THe weather looks nice there my friend
Many thanks for your kind words Leon, great pic brotherWas shocked to read of your episode. Stress is a major driver of CVD, stress causes high cortisol. Avoiding stressful situations and anything that stresses you out is a must, that is where your mindset comes into play. Take care dear friend..

Good morning Guardians, thanks for the kind words everyone, and I'm glad that you're all doing well. I woke up to about 4 inches of snow this morning, so I'm glad I don't have to go anywhereI'm sure carrying my Waboom K'roo will be a tonic (thanks Bob)

Thanks Mike, it was certainly a pain in the butt!Yes, I think it's very treatable, and hopefully I don't have it anyway. The doc was telling me that 2/3 of people who come in with the same symptoms are perfectly fine

And you Mitch, I hope you've had a nice dayThanks Jack
It is when the kids do something nice, tasty too.
Take it easy mate.
I would hope the seats are more comfortable in the back injury department, but they were just hard plastic seats in the emergency department. About 11pm, the few of us remaining were ushered through into a ward with more comfortable seating, even a few recliners. I wished they had put us all in there before, as I had just sat down when I was called to be released! That is rough. At least when they leave me lying around they give me something to lie on.
Thanks. I never tire of Rose Beast's rosewood.
I'm out of pics and out of camera battery juice at the moment, so I'll be back.
Yes, indeed Bob!Jack, fortunately you have not been on the toolman diet. That hospital visit may have been different.
Waboom is aging nicely. If only they would show a patina.
That was my ambition SteveGood excuse for a day of lollygagging ! Nice pic of Waboom![]()
