Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I know news has been leaking out - but the latest is, final production steps have been commencing on a new Waynorth Lambfoot!! I will eventually start a separate thread, but for now I thought I should make an announcement here at the knife's spiritual home!!
The handles will be of "Flat-Cap Jigged Bone", a tribute to the once ubiquitous jigging seen on many Sheffield knives from the early 1900s!! Contact your favorite dealers, if you are interested; I am notifying them all tomorrow!!
Congratulations, Charlie once again! Can’t wait to see photos.

Good morning Guardians, WiFi problems again last night, and I find multi-quoting from my phone taxing! By coincidence, I received a letter yesterday, from a new provider, in my area, who can solve all my problems apparently  I hope everyone is doing well, and that your week has gone OK. No sign of the snow and ice melting here, and we may get more snow today. I need to go out to the post office, so might combine that with lunch ;) Meeting Matt for a few pints early evening :) Have a good day Guardians, the weekend is nearly here

Carrying Wee Staggy to remind me of sunnier climes

Fantastic concept Charlie!😍

I'll add my props to the several others, Steve, that is a really terrific Barlow!

Two of the best!

Travel with care Jack.👍🏻
Thanks buddy :) I just had to take a call from Tool Man, who was laughing about Harry Hotballs, and trying to get me to help him (ie do the job for him) with some basic internet matter he's too lazy to do himself :D Our conversation was cut short by Mrs Tool Man demanding he get the frying pan out for their morning fry-up! 🤣 👍

I started the day right. I poured my coffee into my milk pitcher so I couldn't find the milk pitcher.

No new snow overnight. We actually had sun yesterday. Two new inches of snow are expected today. Warning! Warning!
But when they're ridiculous is when they get you. I'll be circumspect.

It's another spirit week at Lowe's next week. I was thinking I can't do decade day, but my sport coats are from the seventies, and I have some seventies ties as big as lobster bibs. Countess Mara to the rescue.
I may not do sweatpants day. It'll be cold, I'd lose five pockets, I still think sweats in public is indecorous... the idea strains even my peppy spirit.
Though I can't do tie-dye day. I never tie-dyed anything and I don't want to buy into like industrial tie-dying, man.
Wild hair day is easy. I'll electrically charge my hair by wearing a knit cap in.

Two of Eric’s finest, Jeff.
Hope you had a great day out Jack 👍

LOL! He thinks it makes him look like Marlon Brando! 😁👍

Can't get enough of that one Steve ❤️😎👍

Great to see you back Jeremy 😊 Great-looking Lamb 😎👍
Thanks Jack. I’ve been practicing with the sling shot as well.
This goes with Jack's idea, but it is 15° F here!

Great news! Congratulations sir!

The last time I ate any salami was when I was a younger person. With the bad rep saturated fats got, salami was no longer something to eat. My sister today offered me a piece of salami and I accepted, thinking about videos by Stefan Schmalhaus where he cut sausages after reviewing a knife. I figured the salami would be good for photos at least. Still, I was squeamish eating it afterwards (just look at all the fat in it).

Great pics Bob !

Since when is a stocking cap/ watch cap/ knit cap a beanie?
This is what happens when you stop making freshmen wear beanies! People forget what they are!

I was thinking if there's such a thing as an XXXL watch cap, maybe it wouldn't crawl up my head and form a dunce cap.

I hope the day got better Jer, my days sometimes start like that :D I haven't poured milk in the electric toaster yet, thankfully! ;) Handsome '18

Brilliant Jeremy, how's it going?

Thanks buddy, I think that was taken on the island of Fuerteventura :)

I had to call in at the library, and then had a coffee at Charlie's, before catching one of the new fancy all-electric buses (£500,000 apiece, and the poshest in the country I'm told), up the hill to affluent Chapel Allerton.

When I got off the bus, I was surprised to find that the pavements in the commercial heart of the area were covered in a thick layer of frozen snow and ice, far worse than on my side-street. The worst conditions were outside the most expensive cafes and restaurants, where I was about to spend £20 on breakfast. Food was excellent, but you'd think the local burghers could club together for some salt for the pavements

Picking my way slowly back down the hill, I called in that library there, to wish an old friend Happy New Year, then onto the post office, which was actually my reason for going out 😁😉👍
