That sounds like an adventurous day Jer, cool pic buddyI was a little demi-derierred with the snow today. I scraped where my tires had packed the snow, to make two broad tracks down the driveway; cleared the driveway apron and the porch, and cleared the shaded part of the driveway between the house and garage. The kindly neighbor down the street had done the front walk. He sometimes pushes his snowblower all along the sidewalks on each side of the street.
I used shovels today, as there wasn't that much snow and it's still fluffy.
I went to get the blood drawn after work, and there was no more wait at my usual place at 2:30 pm than there is at my usual time of 8:00 am. My usual phlebotomist seems less open to badinage later in the day, though.

I treasure my Graham Kerr Bash'n'Chop.
I told that story to a couple off surgeons Mitch, and neither of them seemed particularly surprised!Wow I'm amazed you go within a km of any medical practitioner! All these medical horror stories.![]()

Getting the A1C correct is a chemical balancing act Jer. Hope they get it corrected.Unfortunately, my A1C is up, and we're going to discuss it.
Seriously, though, high blood sugar won't do. It makes my retinas bleed.

I think one problem they have with cutting off the wrong leg, is that anatomical right and left are the reverse of living person right and left.
More snow today. The freezing rain might hold off till I'm back from work. More snow tomorrow for the 6 am all-store meeting (not optional).

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I don't have much planned for mine, but hoping to meet up with Wolfie and his youngest lad at some point, and maybe Matt. It's raining outside, but there's the possibility of snow yesterday, and there's a bitterly cold wind. Think I might lie on the sofa, and read a book for half an hourHave a great day Guardians

I hope everyone is having a great day. It's raw here today, and when I went out to meet Matt at Charlie's cafe, I did wonder why I had gone out at all! With the Italians in the kitchen, (possibly the only 2 Italians in the world who can't cook), we decided to go elsewhere for lunch, so we took Matt's lad, Cillian, to the pub for lunch, where we were joined by Matt's missus, and his daughter, Rheia. Wolfie is AWOL, and not for the first time
I'm glad to get back to my central heating!

Happy Saturday, Guardians. I should be asleep but was awaken by a nightmare. I get them from time to time. Scars from times past. They are less frequent now so thank God for that. If I don’t get some sleep between now and my shift I’m gonna be hurting
.
Peeked outside and saw a good blanket of snow. Unfortunately it didn’t miss my driveway. Better get it plowed. Hope everybody has a great day. Got the Taylor’s lamb spey combo today
