Shocking that a knife could leave the factory like that, let alone the vendor!

They started just after John Maleham retired, along with one of the old Rodgers cutlers, and they moved the odd-job lad onto the shop floor

I made pear and walnut crepe filling. Tilly helped by slicing six pears and quartering a lemon. She's beginning to develop the mature patina of a capable working lamb.

I’m laid up in bed with Norovirus. Don’t know what it is but it sucks. Not carrying anything but if I did it would be my HHB. I carry it on Sundays often. Recycled picture.

Sorry to hear that, Paul. I'm about 95% better at this point but tomorrow will mark two weeks from when I first experienced symptoms. Hope you don't have that!!
