Enjoying a nice pipe on my shift. In it is one of my favorite blends. It ismade in the UK and darn near impossible to find here but I have some put away. Don’t know what possessed me to smoke some today but I did. Enjoying the Daniel lamb.

Great photos Jack and lovely Huntsman posed on a good book. I know author Sam (SC) Gwynn! He’s old friends with one of my favorite clients. His EMPIRE OF THE SUMMER MOON is a modern narrative nonfiction classic.

I also have Empire of the Summer Moon and it is a brilliant book. I read that first and loved it which lead me to more of his work. I'm about to do my third read through of this one. It's a shame you're a little too far for me to try and leverage a sneaky autograph on my copy from him
I appreciate the impartial view in his works which is lacking in today's writers, particularly when it comes to the Quanah Parker book.I could nitpick a few minor things with the huntsman but as a cool piece of history and an attractive user I'm quite smitten. It'll only look better with some age and stain on the bone too.
