Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning Guardians !

We went from our lovely spring weather to the not so lovely snow/sleet and 35Β° this morning πŸ™„ Typical Minnesota spring weather and we need the moisture so not complaining to much. We did get a good rain shower last night which is also good πŸ‘

Old stag πŸ‘ today

Happy Stagurday, Guardians! A glorious day today after the biblical dust storm that plagued us 24 hours ago. Flashing my lamb at a book launch party at Tailwaters Fly Shop in Dallas. Event is for my fishing buddy Greg’s amazing guide to urban fly fishing in DFW. Very fun to see our city from a whole different perspective. There a quite a number of my fish photos in this book and I’m mentioned and pictured in a number of the chapters. I was lucky enough to be Greg’s research and exploring partner and even his guide in a local stream of two as he tackled this ambitious project.

Heading for another free beer and to purchase few extra signed copies as gifts for friends. Then off to fish in one of my favorite urban creeks!

Thanks Jack.
Your wonderful pal and brisket would seem fitting for the weekend.🍻
I myself, stay away from the amateurs on Monday, so we are celebrating early.
Thanks Bob, I don't blame you :) These days, here, all events and holidays get pushed to the nearest weekend, people are terrified of taking a day off work. It is a far cry from the days of Saint Monday :( Plenty of daft leprechaun costumes in town, but come Monday, there'll be nobody around

Stunner Bob. What is the jigging of? Bone?
Good morning Guardians, the weekend awaits! :D I hope you all have something planned, even if it's just lollygagging ;) I seem to be starting with a cold, so hoping I can shrug it off quickly. I rarely get them, but have come into contact with more people than usual this week, and here, people often leave the hospital with illnesses they didn't have when they went in  Not sure of my own plans yet, apart from my choice of Lamb :) I know there'll be a lot of St Patrick's Day boozing going on in the city centre ;) Have a great day Guardians

Wow Bob - what a beauty, they said I will need a new Hip when I am 50, I just turned 61 and no where near needing one- I am pretty excited as I can walk around without much of a limp at the moment! I am hoping to get it so I can just simply maintain things with stretching!
I got to get ready to be able to beat those darned Americans to the tables at Oregon 🀣
