Thanks Jack.
They let us peasants in to keep us from revolting.![]()
Where will it all end?Out of curiosity I did a quick search* and it looks like the closest place I could see a Polo match is in St. Louis, 135 miles away. From their webpage it appears that peasants are welcome![]()
LOL!*Remember the days before the internet, when you thought of something you'd like to know more about, and all you could do was exist in ignorance until you could make your way to the library? How did we make it through such primitive times?!![]()
That's coolAiken,South Carolina is known for it's horse culture. People can be found riding through the town.
Yes, incredible LeonOnly a highly skilled craftsman can do that.![]()
That's coolI think that's cool. Puts me in mind of when I lived in the U.P. People would ride snowmobiles through town![]()
Yeah, I wish I saw more. Apart from the police, hardly anyone rides horses in the towns here. I remember a friend who owned a farm in Scotland, and was inviting me to visit, asking me if I could ride a horse. I said, "Of course I can't, I'm from Sheffield!"There are a lot of Amish around my place in Tennessee. Horse drawn wagons and carriages are a common sight. Thinking about it, I seldom see one riding horseback.
Yes, I guess I also own a lot of different coffee-making implements Jer!View attachment 3008956
Oh, I won't miss it. There's a lot to be said for the electric drip, and when you consider how thin my reasons were for dispreferring it, ...
