Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Seriously? I like both stainless and carbon, but wow!!! That makes the Wright knives pretty special these days.

Yes, a good reason to support them I think. When they are gone, that's it :(

Excellent pic Kevin :)

Me too! But if your emails went out, I didn't get one. :(

Sorry Vince, I'm going to send it out again, there's an email address on the list which is problematic, and causing problems o_O

Edit - Can you check your Spam Box please Vince?

Good morning, all! Great pics this morning!

Jack,
I did not receive an email either. I can re-send it if you need it again.

Thanks, Jack!

Everybody here in California wears shorts, all year long. I get teased all the time because I NEVER EVER wear shorts.
Ha! You are right though. My son refuses to wear anything but shorts and been like that for several years. I'll wear shorts and display the getaway sticks during the summer or if I'm backpacking :D

Yeah, I picked up that 1982 annual on a market stall, along with ones from '80 and '84, for £5 for the three :D Thank you John :) It's that long since I saw the Stallone film, I can't really remember it!

There is a more recent movie (2012) too

Anything with Max von Sydow has got to be good. "The Seventh Seal", "Three Days of the Condor", "Strange Brew" (with the McKenzie Brothers!), etc.

I'v seen it a couple of times. I think it's called "snow." Wish we had some. Had to suffer yesterday in 65 degree F weather, sitting on a back porch on a canal on Padre Island, wearing a short-sleeved guayabera shirt, smoking cigars and drinking bourbon. Boy, it was miserable! ;)
You poor soul, Vince! Here's what the Lambsfoot and I have to deal with this morning. Preston

I apologize for interruptinq the flow. I was hopinq to get an opinion. Feeling from the thread that a carbon steel blade is preferred has made me a bit self conscious. I watched a couple of YT Vids for testing. I cleaned the smaller pen blade, heated up some white vinegar, dipped part way and held over the cup. It did darken. I did nothing to the lamb foot blade. Am I correct in concluding that the blade is carbon? Thank you.

Ah snow. I've read about the stuff.

I think I've seen that place before. Wasn't it a setting in The Christmas Story? That's the place where the kid got his tongue stuck on a pole.
